3-Star Hotels in Puerto Princesa

My stay here was okay. The location could be better, need 100-150 trike ride to get to stores, restaurants, etc instead of anything being in walking distance. Disappointing a place this big didn't offer food or dining. Probably the best part is the friendly staff at the front, ready and willing to help with anything and check on your well-being. And they do laundry at reasonable rates. The room bring advertised as ”pool view” was a bit misleading. It's just facing a bunch of plants, shrubs and trees and behind all that is the pool. I cannot overstate this. The key is WAY too big. It's cartoonishly, inconveniently, ridiculously oversized. Hard to carry, hold, even use in the door if your hands are full. There's absolutely no reason for it to be this big. They say it's so people don't lose it but they ask you to leave the key with them when you leave anyways so...?? Y'all need to change that lol TLDR Friendly staff, freakishly humongous annoying key

Really enjoyed our stay at Costa. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped to organize all tours and excursions as well as transport into town. Hotel offers airport shuttle every hour on the hour. Pool was great with an amazing bar. Overall great stay for a couple days when touring Puerto Princesa

The place is very relaxing ,the most I like is my room is infront of the swimming pool..which I can see my children easily while their are swimming..the staff are nice,and the location is not too far from the airport

The room is spacious and clean. The price is also reasonable. There are more restaurants nearby compared to other areas. It is close to the airport, which is very convenient. However, the water pressure in the shower was too weak, so I couldn't take a proper shower. Other than that, it’s a hotel I really liked.

Location wise very convenient. Just beside the Robinson Place. Service is good, staffs are polite. The AC is not working on our room initially, but the staff immediately transferred us to another room. Cleanliness well maintained. Amenities - Drinking water dispenser available, Water kettle but no coffee or tea. Towel, 3in1 shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided; No toothbrush provided.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable and warm. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly accommodating and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use.

It’s a great experience! We had a wonderful room and great service. We really enjoy the atmosphere and the villa type Field. The sunshine and the staff are wonderful! I’ll give this Hotel five 🌟 !!! we can’t wait to go back here

**Review of Microtel Hotel** We recently stayed at Microtel Hotel, booking two rooms, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The rooms were outdated, with dim lighting that made it hard to see. The shower controls were rusted, and even the tissue holders showed significant wear. We were surprised to find that there’s no in-house restaurant, and the breakfast offered was not worth the price. Despite having a small number of guests, the breakfast options were limited to eggs, sausage, tocino, bread, rice, fruit slices, coffee, and juice. It took a long time for the staff to refill these items, and they weren’t even heated properly. To add to our frustration, my nephew, who is in grade 5, was charged as an adult because they don’t have a child rate. The towels were also outdated, which contributed to the overall feeling of neglect in terms of maintenance. On a positive note, the staff were welcoming and friendly, which was appreciated. The beach in front of the resort was beautiful, but it wasn't enough to make up for the lack of proper amenities and upkeep. Overall, we left feeling that Microtel Hotel needs significant improvements to meet basic hospitality standards.

The location very close to Puerto Princesa Airport just few minutes walking. So if you want to be close to the airport it is very convenient. The breakfast is good. The hotel is small and pleasant. The stuff could be more open, more friendly and helpful to the customer. The restaurant in the hotel is weak. Do not recommend. Drink bar is OK.

Perfect welcome and the gentleman at the reception helped me a lot with a taxi who wanted to rip me off, telling me you'll see, we'll ask the receptionist and that it's the real price only he himself was in shock at the amount for a trip 4 minutes yes really 4 minutes by car as it was the middle of the night and I didn't know the place only I knew very well that he was lying. The receptionist and him spoke to each other in their language and told her that it was not correct. The hotel was magnificent with its garden even though it rained a lot. I met 3 cats from the hotel. Thanks to him for the help anyway :)
