I had an awesome time with my friends, we stayed at a Villa for 6 persons, but there were for 8 and 12. The rooms are super comfy and clean. And the view of the mountains it was a an experience We also had a great time eating delicious food and drinks at the restaurant. Most importantly the concierge and waiters were committed to a great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere and the beach was very relaxing and we definitely loved that it have a very modern style. Definitely Xeliter is the best

Excellent stay, awesome property with a beatiful view and maintence, the personal is very kind and helpful. I recomend 100% Don’t forget to visit the town, teleferico, paseo de doña blanca, malecon, beaches, etc… They have some apartments and villages with private pool.

Overall very good and the personnel very friendly. The area very modern and apartment confortable. The only bad comment was de heater for bath wasnot working well. Pool and beach, restaurant food all good. Lobby area very helpfull, fast check in, chevk out some way slow.

The property is clean and beautiful. The staff is super friendly and helpful, but if you know Spanish it helps even more for smoother communication. I wish we could stay for longer. The villa was big and had washer, dryer and other utensils. They also have a private pool, would definitely recommend this place to more people. It’s also convenient to go to many places from here. Only one thing was - wish they had more restaurants and included breakfast in the package. Overall it was great!

I wrote the property on the first day and still never received a response. Was told upon check in that I had to pay electricity separately, all items (plates, cups, forks, knives, pots, pans, etc) in the kitchen were dirty (I took pics), cockroaches in the apt and bed, ants all over the bathroom and kitchen, smashed mosquitos (multiple) on the ceiling (I took pics). Electricity went out at least 3x a day including the hot water while showering. I would never stay here again especially when there are much better places like Viva or Emotions in the same complex that never have these issues. The woman at check in was rude and the one at check out just asked why I didn’t notify them and when I told her I did and no one responded, she said I wrote the wrong number which was the only number provided to me. The overall attitude was “oh well”. We left and went to Emotions

Clean.. beauty rooms! Very friendly staff! Xeliter is very accommodating and fair priced for rental apartments on such a beautiful island. Located on a golf course just minutes from the beach. Staff was helpful and friendly in helping me get to where I needed to go.

Upon arrival I was asked to pay additional fees for cleaning the apartment/villa when ******* had already charged many extra fees and charges. I was thinking of investing in this complex but this experience definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. Promoters need to be clear of all the costs at the time of the reservation.

We decided to try Green one and it was a wonderful experience. We stayed in a studio that had a very comfortable double bed, 2 additional twin beds available as pull out or fold down and a balcony with table and 4 chairs. Inside the room we had a full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishware and a washer/dryer so it was a really good location to hang our hats. We didn't get a chance to sample all of the amenities on the green one or other playa dorada properties and I would come back anytime and highly recommend this as a vacation hub for travelers.
