Amazing staff, extremely friendly and very professional. Right on the beach, although the beach is a little dirty, not so nice. However, it's a cheap ride to the beautiful White Beach. The spa attached to the resort was also great! Food was good. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel has steps to climb, which can be troublesome if you have bad legs and feet, but it is no problem for young people. The price/performance ratio is very good. The rooms are small, and some have sea views. The disadvantage is that the dog barks behind the room, and you go out to beat the dog in the middle of the night. It is worth mentioning that I was diving at the Redang Dive Shop. This dive shop is very close to Redang and can be reached in just one minute. Diving is very convenient. However, the Jasmine Hotel opened by their dive shop is super far away. Food and water in the room are very expensive. It is recommended to buy them in the store downstairs.

Excellent place if you want a peaceful stay by the beach. Staffs are accommodating. The room is spacious for its price. The place is quiet and away from the bustling city.

A small hotel for casual stay, a little distance from the beach, not so tidal, the front desk is not 24 hours, it is troublesome if you arrive early or late.

Great service . They are always friendly and helpful. Food is best I had in years if I compare another hotels . And bug bonus is that the kit hen also make food on demand . So if not on menu they do on request and it is worth to pay some extra money. Only downside is that trip.xom do not mention that beside the 30 peso terminal fee . And then on tge another side you need to pay 120 peso tourist tax . And as last 300 peso each person to go to the hotel. But for sure I will go back there

There are cockroaches in the room. The external environment is good. As for service, there are no special expectations for this kind of resort hotel. Friends with mysophobia may be more disgusted with Xiaoqiang.

A wonderful place to stop. We had a cozy, spacious bungalow with a small terrace. The only thing missing was a refrigerator, but this did not affect the overall impression. We arrived around 2 am, they waited for us and checked us in, despite the fact that check-in was until 10:30 pm. Well-groomed territory, stunning garden of plants. The hotel has a spa and good massage. Convenient location - a little away from the bustle, has its own beach. There are hotels nearby without a beach with a paved promenade. We took diving elsewhere, since everything was booked at the hotel. We had a room without breakfast. You can take it and pay on the spot. We had breakfast in different places, all within a 5-minute walking distance. In search of dinner, we went to several places, and in the end it turned out that this hotel had the most delicious food. They provided not the room type I had booked and paid for only after massive complain, then I got an upgrade which was okay. The restaurant is simple. The dive shop is well equipped but there was a serious issue. The dive guide made only a very short briefing. He never asked for the tank pressure and so one diver ran out of air. I don‘t want to experience such.
