This was our 3rd or 4th stay in the Cocoteros a d weve just rebooked for next Sept/Oct so that says it all Location absolutely spot on ... we're beach rather than pool people so literally just across a one way street and you're on the beach. Friendly staff, decent free wifi, effe tive free air con, good sized rooms and balcony with great sea/ beach views from top two floors. One minor criticism that I hope will be taken as constructive is a couple of cracked tiles in bathroom, grouting and sealant could do with freshening up and a new showerhead fitting. But as we said, well be back next Sept ... love it!

From the friendly staff to the cleanliness of theese apartments amazing sea views I could not recommend them enough. Fantastic location right on the strip straight across the road from the beach lovely quiet pool area to get away from it all and very quite at night as bedrooms situated at back ,I'm booking again for next year.I highly recommend theese apartments

Great location, wonderful staff definitely recommend, wifi was a bit hit and miss this time, (which only effected teenager) Already rebooked for next year. Local bars and restaurants are all friendly and nice, not loud in the apartment in evening

I fell in love with apartment 607 seafront an absolutely stunning view and will definitely be rebooking this apartment again. The reception guy was soo helpful when I arrived and he was an absolute blessing to have there especially for a solo traveller.. he knew everything about WiFi and technology and genuinely cared that you were having a great holiday 10/10 location perfect just beside Shenanigans a fantastic and very popular bar and on the strip ..can nip down a few steps and get breakfast..cocktails (amazing cosmopolitans)! Central to everything. Room was very clean and smelled of the sea when I walked in..a very nice touch I remembered Balcony is the best Balcony for Seaview I have ever had in PDC...Spacious and I loved it! I definitely will be back! ❤️

First time in Lanzarote and these apartments topped the holiday off.... Can't praise them enough. Staff were lovely, modern furniture, everything you need and a bit more in the kitchen and spotlessly clean. Couldn't believe how close we were to bars shops etc but yet quiet. Views to die for Hoping so much to get back next year so fingers crossed its still open. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Not a friendly welcome from Grumpy man, rest of staff fine, room could do with a re paint, crumbling plaster and water stained hall wall. No uk tv programs. Expensive for what you get. Drop off is top of road 5 min walk not easy with suitcases going home

This is our 4th visit to Los cocoteros & we love staying here. It's in an excellent location. Apartments are surrounded by beautiful gardens & also surrounded by many shops, bars & restaurants & literally across the road from the beach. The apartments are spacious with a separate bedroom & bathroom & are clean & comfortable. Kitchen area has everything you need. Plenty of wardrobe space with a safe, air conditioning & great free wifi. We've already booked for next year & don't actually go home until tomorrow. Staff are friendly & professional & nothing is any trouble. We look forward to returning for our 5th visit in October 2025 😉❤️

Stayed here before, Fab location, Right on the "strip", everything on the door step. Basic and clean apartment, has everything you need, There is a safe but you gotta pay to use it. good size balcony. Only slight negative is the water pressure could be better, but don't let it put you off, you can still get by. would recommend.

My partner and I stayed here for a week in September, on arrival we had been kindly offered a room a floor higher with a sea view at no extra charge, staff were very helpful and friendly, we woke to the most amazing view the next morning and upon leaving the hotel found we were right on the sea front and in the middle of everything, big positive is the lack of hills to walk up and down to get to anything, turn left or right from the hotel and everything is on your doorstep! Despite there being plenty of bars and shops around it is very peaceful on a night time with no noise pollution. We would also recommend shenanigans bar right next to the hotel, prices are very reasonable and again the staff were great. 10/10 and will be back next year.
