We visited the first week of April. Breakast very pleasnt with an excellent choice including lovely black pudding. Very very difficult to find teespoons. Breakfast area is nice and fresh. We stayed on the 2nd floor, all floors appear to have 2 chairs and a small table on the balcony. Sun loungers only on the ground floor. This was disappointing as we like the evening sun. No shower caps in the rooms and slow to change the towels. However a good size fridge and easy to qork safe. Supermarket is 50 metres away avross the road. Staff including pool attendent very friendly. There is a charge of 10euro per hour for a late checkout. Puerto del carmen is necoming a bit tired and jaded Very hand for the aiirport.

Not a review as such but more of a thank you to the amazing staff at this hotel who not only took a load of us who had been evacuated late on Saturday night due to the HD Resort being severely flooded by the storm but for also keeping the restaurant open extremely late so we could have a bite to eat. Given we were unable to get lunch this was hugely appreciated. The check in was so quick as well and the rooms spotless, spacious, comfy and an amazing view of the sea !!! Thank you again so so much for helping us all when we needed it the most it really was amazing ! If we come back to Lanzarotte we will def be booking here ! Mr and Mrs Gillies + Our 14 and 9 year old kiddies

We normally staff further up the strip but decides to treat ourselves and try Fariones Plus. Fabulous decor, has almost a grand feeling to it. Ice pool area, although didn’t go in as after putting my foot in it was freezing! Our balcony had sunloungers on which was nice but didn’t have any chairs to sit on. Would have liked some chairs. We had a ground floor room with a sea view, which was great to just walk out to the pool. Pool towels provided in the room. Lovely comfy bed. Dropped an earring in the bedroom and when I went looking for it could see the floor underneath the beds hadn’t been cleaned for some time. Shutters and blackout curtains keep the bedroom dark. Couldn’t figure out how to work the aircon. Microwave and fridge provided in the room but no cutlery or plates. Sink in the kitchen area but no tea towel or washing up liquid for the cups and glasses. Coffee/tea cups are tiny so bring a mug if you like a decent size drink. Two bottles of water provided in the room on arrival with tea and coffee but this wasn’t replenished. Check in took too long. Only 2 staff checking people in. We booked breakfast only which was excellent with lots of choice. Loved the hotel and will return.

For the first time in our life,my wife and I went back to the same hotel,the rooms were spotless,the entertainment was outstanding and the staff were simply amazing,the staff who Made friends with us in November were happy to see us return,there were hand shakes and hugs all around,they even remembered our drink of choice,we were given the same sea view room,the ONLY hotel I will be happy to keep going back to,the bar and service staff made our holiday, especially the staff in the attached photo made our holiday,and are the reason we went back to the Hotel

This hotel is our favourite on the Island. Have been coming for many years. The refurbishment is excellent, although I still miss the tree growing through the roof of the old entertainment room. We had 11 days here, b and b. Have just booked again for November on half board. We’re getting to the stage where we don’t want to travel far for dinner. The food is to our taste. Can highly recommend this hotel. The staff are so accommodating and efficient.

Our 6th visit to Lanzarote and our best hotel experience yet. We have watched the hotel being built over the last few years and were intrigued to stay. The service is excellent with a lovely warm welcome on check in taking time to ensure you know all you need to. The team across the hotel are warm and friendly. We choose a Select suite which comes with the added value of access to the Select breakfast area with personal service, rooftop pool and the lounge. With free snacks and refreshments in all those areas and in the room. The room and views are stunning. The best value for money package we have had also. A huge thanks and well done. We will be back for sure!

From start to finish this was a wonderful holiday from checking in to checking out. Glass of wine from staff on check in,in a hotel in a wonderful location and spotlessly clean. Food was very nice with plenty to choose from (evening meal) and breakfast well catered for also (only gripe would be certain foods could be hotter). Staff were always polite and helpful especially Grace in restaurant and John the pool attendant.

As always excellent checkin and a lovely welcome drink on arrival too Staff are fantastic Breakfast is excellent soo much choice and to be able to sit outside and eat is soo lovely Thank you for my birthday Prosecco too a lovely touch with chocolates too I have stayed here before but never used the spa I booked a deep tissue massage with Vanesa and it was absolutely amazing got into all my nots Thank you vanesa
