Just had a 6 night stay here with my husband and has been a lovely holiday, perfect weather. Pool was lovely to get in to when you start baking ha! Apartments were great loads of space, bed was comfy and fresh towels everyday The only downfall is the food not much of a choice, but you can’t expect everything there for a 3 star (Breakfast was the best part) We did a submarine ride in Puerto del Carmen which was great, deffo recommended. Overall apart from the food it’s a great place to stay!

Nice place if you are looking for somewhere quiet. We had a ground floor room across from the restaurant and bar. Suited us as I have restricted mobility. Mini supermarket on site. Reasonably priced. Food was ok, all buffet. No drinks included in half board. 5 Euros for two people got u as many drinks as you wanted in the restaurant with Ur dinner, and one drink in the bar till 9.30pm. Staff were all luvly. Entertainment on every evening till around 11pm. Breakfast 7.30am till 10.30am and dinner was 6.30pm till 9.30pm. We were half board. Pool bar served snacks.

second time this year. room was ok as wife has MS so access was ok walk in shower not wet room but we knew that on booking. didn't use any of the facilities just used it as a base. Pool is heated from beginnig Oct to End of April. A good 10 min walk to shops and bars and the beach

We came here for a 4 day girlie birthday break. Our apartment was spacious and a lovely balcony. Beds had hard mattresses which didn’t bother us. We did ask for extra pillows and blankets which we never received but didn’t spoil our stay. It rained one morning we were there and there was water coming through one of the Air Con units which luckily was turned on. We told reception and they were not bothered at all, one staff member extremely rude when we were explaining the problem and got fed up of us asking for extra pillows and blankets. All the other staff were lovely and polite and would all say hello. The complex was lovely and clean, both pools were really nice. We were all inclusive but mainly had breakfast, lunch and some drinks here as it was similar most days. We always found something to eat. It worked for us and what we wanted as it was only 4 days. We would go back for a short break as a girls trip. Taxes were so easy from reception.

Me and my partner have just spent a week here in Feb 2025 and we have enjoyed it, the weather has been great although its So windy and pretty cool at night. The rooms are clean, big, got storage and a balcony overlooking the sea (Room 622) the only Massive downside to this room is the loudness of the entertainment below this room, it's been so loud & pretty awful!!! In the room there is a kettle but no tea or coffee for your arrival (luckily I had brought my own). Once you have used the cups & spoon they are not replaced or washed when your room is cleaned! There is an onsite shop for Milk & bottled water. The bottom pool is nice & not had a problem getting a sunbed morning or afternoon when you come back if you have been out. We didnt go to the top pool. It is a Short walk to the beach front & on the front is also really safe for children as it's not a road. There is just a bike lane. The food has been ok, not amazing but we have eaten without a mither really. It's short of a different selection at breakfast as it's Eggs, beans, sausage & bacon every day but I do like that so I'm not complaining but some people will like a different selection. Also maybe some pancakes with a selection of toppings too for children.... Overall we have had a pleasant stay.

Stayed here for a week. Apartment was great/ok as in the balcony was fab and rooms clean, a few lights not working and one flickering which overlooked the kitchen area but we are mostly out on balcony or outside of resort. 2 star given because of the food. Half board and tried the breakfast and evening meal. Sausages were dry for breakfast so tried the evening meal. Wow, told at entrance we had to pay 5 euro to include drinks (any drink). Said the wife will only drink a water as we were going out. Still had to pay 5 euro each. Selection of food was poor. We just ate out the rest of the time. Would I go back, only self catering.

Good and bad So it’s cheap - and we are here for a 4 night cheap break. Weather amazing! Lovely time of year to visit Lanzarote The good: very clean - pool area is crisp and clean. Bottom pool is very chilled and pleasant. On site supermarket open until 11pm! Lovely modern room. The bad: pools not heated but advertised as heated. Food is ‘okay’. Supermarket expensive. Awful bar area - horrible lighting and music . Tasteless. Very hard beds. All inclusive ends at 12pm on day of departure! See the photos attached Overall it’s okay for a short break. You get what you pay for! It’s on a hill which isn’t mentioned a lot in reviews with steps all over it. Not good if you are dodgy on your feet!!! One guy on reception is really awkward for some reason. Bizarre! Nice walk downhill to the beach. If you aren’t picky it’s fine.

Would'nt go back , cold dated property , pools was dirty ,was cleaned when we were leaving after a week. poor self catering apt . poor cuttlery, plates and cups need replacing badly . As do the window blinds and the Windows. the whistle of the winds at night were waking us up . The pool was dirty and only saw it cleaned on our last day. Housekeeping missed our Room one day as our sign blew off our door and we had no toilet roll or towels .I told reception they gave us towels but said we had to wait 2 more days and we were home then ,not great service .really wouldn't go back it says it's PDC but it's at the edge of the airport really miles from everything. The bar and food wouldn't touch it tbh sorry but never again.

This place could be so much better, but it looks like they've given up. The apartments are shoddy, with damaged skirting boards, unpainted surfaces and a bathroom door that wouldn't close. The bedding is very old and tired. The cleaners do their best, but you can't polish a turd. The location was okay for us but not for folk with poor mobility. The food was okay though, but not much choice. Drinks were okay but served in small cups or small glasses. The restaurant resembled a staff canteen with furniture made out of wooden pallets. Never saw any entertainment but the area looked very poor. Don't waste your money here, it's simply not worth it.
