Bitacora Lanzarote Club

What a amazing little gem of a place. Stayed here for 4 days at the end of April with my daughter and sister. First time staying here and mostly definitely back. From first checking in reception desk staff absolutely amazing. So friendly and welcoming. We got apartment 219 and it was amazing. So clean. Air conditioning in bedroom is FREE. Plus there is FREE wifi. No problems at all with it. Only thing pay for is safe which was feck all. Walk in shower. Lots of kitchen facilities. I'm coeliac so found this helpful for cooking. There a coffee pot for anyone wanting to bring fresh coffee. Really comfy beds. Even the sofa bed wascomfy. Good quality one. It all looks newly renovated. Beautiful balcony that got the sun mostly all day. The place is spotless. I watched the staff out before 8am every morning cleaning pool area and all other areas. I've never been to a complex that has been so clean. Well done to all the staff on this. The bar/cafe..Amazing place Beautiful cocktails and staff so friendly. Could not fault them in anyway. I didn't eat here but my sister had the club sandwich which she said was amazing. Food did all look amazing. Pool area was lovely. Plenty of beds and umbrella when we were there. I've been in many a pool in Lanzarote at different months of the year. And they are always baltic. This was the first time I entered a pool without taking my breath away. It has a lovely wall inside it u can sit on and the jets had warm water coming out of them.. Lidl is jus less then 10min walk and strip less again. Bit of incline on way back. But nothing major.. Little supermarket was open to 10.30pm. So was great get a few bits when we arrived in evening. Lovely, friendly staff there too..And I was over the moon to see gluten free San Miguel in fridge. Bravo to Lanzarote for been so clued into gluten free products etc. I haven't travelled since been diagnosed with coeliac 12 years ago. But I bit the bullet and went for it. I can not rate this place enough. Was the best experience I could of asked for... We had a evening return flight, but even after checkout we were sble to leave bags in storage and usr pool facilities. Always the shower facilities downstairs in the gym were the best. We were ableto get showered and freshened up for our journey home. Thank you so much to you all in Bitacora. Absolutely smashing it.. Look forward to returning again soon. Muchas Gracious. friendly welcome..fella on reception extremely polite and helpful..cleaning ladies are very approachable and friendly...bar staff are lovely... room exactly as required...clean ..well presented and has all I need for self catering holiday...lidl is a 10 minute walk away handy for all your needs.. there is a supermarket on the premises for those quick bits on arrival... veranda to the road ..it's busy....plus it gets the sun all day long ..pool just outside the hall door too... there is that pesky hill to tackle when going to the beach but hey thinking of the workout I'm getting and (need) from it ... would definitely be sober by the time you'd get back to your room ... good experience so far...

Booked a one bed superior apartment for myself and husband. Good location, close to the strip although up a bit of a hill (10 min walk). Apartment was very clean and spacious. Ground floor with lovely sized terrace. Lovely bathroom, shower very good. Bed very comfortable. Air con was fantastic especially in the hot August sun. Pool bar good, didn’t eat there much as went out and about but had some drinks. Staff lovely and friendly. Nice pool. Good value for money. Would definitely go back to Bitacora.

Had a lovely stay here in August. Reception was a pleasant experience when booking in. Pool was a good size and with the smaller pool for kiddies. Pool bar was a haven in the hot afternoons with the air con. Cocktails were amazing plus Gayle who found all the sports channels for the football plus her knowledge of the island was tremendous helped us get about on public transport. Her cocktails were also the best without a doubt. Heard about the sunbed wars. It wasn’t a thing for us, always managed to get a bed and relax by the pool with a cocktail. Rooms were decent and cleaned to the highest standard ñ. Nothing was too much. WiFi is free and good. Would I return……most definitely!!

Only downside is out side pool bar no sunshade a must for this time of year.pool bar good also luvly big pool location ok near Lidl and bars and Pharmacy

Great value for money with clean functional rooms. Fairy good sleep quality with good curtains that keep out the light. You do experience the usual noise of people moving furniture 24/7. Great amount of sun loungers and availability every day. Very good supermarket on site. Be aware though this place is FULL of serious chain smokers so you cannot enter reception or bar area and supermarket from room/pool side without walking through the smoke and stink. Smoking at the pool while trying to disguise it and on balconies is common. You certainly cannot eat or drink on the terrace outside the bar if you are a non smoker. Hotel promotes smoking as it retails them in a prominent bar area
