We have stayed here a few times now its just right for us apartment's a little dated but very clean and you only sleep there! Bingo and karaoke nights in main bar we enjoyed the laughs music and a dance definitely need air con in there was very warm in August I think more people would sit in there but was a bit to hot.Nice people work in the main bar Colin Rose and Craig well he was so funny and helpful lovely bloke. The pool bar made our holiday we went during the heatwave so spent lots time there and Danielle honestly made our stay she's amazing nothing is too much trouble from her advice of best places and lots of lovely cocktails and food was perfect when her and Ryan were working together very hard in the heat but we still had such a laugh and Danielle made sure everyone was happy and had all we needed she definitely went above and beyond for the customers at the pool bar thankyou so much to her and because of this we will definitely be returning and have already booked for my husbands 60th birthday next year! Thanks to you all for an amazing stay see you soon. Its definitely the people that help make a fantastic holiday

3rd time staying here and the rooms are lovely but honestly we come back because of the lovely Danielle from the pool bar over the time we have been coming she has was been so friendly and such a great laugh and very help with places to go on the island , we have already booked for December and June next year can’t wait x

Definitely got what we paid for. Lovely clean hotel and apartments fine. Beds are comfortable. We stayed in a room at the front of the hotel which was not good as the noise from the street was really bad. No air con which I can deal with but with the window open onto the street ment very little sleep due to noise. Sunbed situation was ok but you have to pay for a cushion to make them more comfortable. Big family groups took up lots of beds and did not use them for most of the day. There is a note saying towels will be removed after an hour but this never happened. All in all it was ok but don’t think I would go back

Staff in the plaza Azul are excellent especially at the pool bar dani & Craig fantastic people go that little bit extra to make sure you get value for money breakfast and other food are very well priced dani,s fry is class and as for Craig he,s a gentleman lovely lovely people and we will see the guys next time the guys take time to talk to all there customers and make sure they leave with a smile on there face it's the little that count too 10/10

Just home from a week staying here. Single Mum with 2 teenagers. Our one bedroom apartment was fine for what we needed. Very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. We rented out a fan for the week which was definitely needed. The area/hotel felt safe and most of the staff were very friendly. The only downside was the sunbeds. Other guests were up first thing reserving beds as soon as they were unchained, then heading out for the day. The lifeguard was unhelpful and rude when asked about sunbed availability despite people not using them. There isn't enough sunbeds for all the guests and the 'rule' of "sunbeds can only be reserved for an hour" is not adhered to at all.

Didn't know what to expect if honest. But definitely came away being impressed. Good location, clean hotel, very, very friendly staff. The weather always helps and Lanzarote delivered! But about the hotel....very happy with the rooms. Seen reviews with people saying they're dated. Maybe a little but they still have everything you need and if you're on the 2nd floor, continual sunshine from morning to night. Pool bar and main bar have been taken over this year by Rose and Colin and with Gary and Danielle it adds the personality to the hotel. We'll definitely be back at Easter. Thank you for helping make a great holiday x
