Nos gustó el trato del personal del hotel, en general. Muy amables y serviciales. También destacamos la piscina. La comida muy básica y es buffet. Repetiríamos.

Very friendly and helpful staff asked for extra pillows and they were in the room almost immediately. Very clean hotel,food very nice and drinks good. The hotel is having a lot of work done rendering outside. So curb appeal is not good. The hotel is a little worn in places, but don't let this put you off. The location is excellent short Walk to the beach and old town. And the zoo People with mobilities would struggle.mobility scooters can be hired , so ask at reception for a very good price. I loved the holiday and would go back. Only complaint I did have was next to the lovely swimming pool with life guard at attendance all day which I found to be first class ,was a small pond with terripins and fish, the water looked stagnant and in poor condition no filtration or pump. I raised my concern for animals' welfare every day. The maintenence man said a pump was used at night absolute rubbish, I said I was not happy. This is the only letdown to this lovely holiday.

This hotel is very clean friendly and welcoming. I visited as a solo traveller and found this adults only hotel nice and restful. That said although I wasn't expecting 5* hotel the service was very friendly and helpful. Beds were not that comfortable and the buffet was mostly ok, but like some other reviews found some food stone cold from la plancha hot grill. (German sausage cold in the centre). Although I chose a basic room the view over the hill was very beautiful, the hotel is a stones throw to the beach Castillo less than 5 mins walk. Also nearby is a central bus station terminus with buses going to destinations all around the island. The buses take cash or contactless payments. I've been to Tenerife 3 times and this is my favourite area, it is cooler but it's far greener with exotic plants and the old town around plaza del Charco are beautiful.

This hotel was totally amazing. All the staff could not do enough for me. The restaurant staff were so friendly and always happy to help in particular the two ladies in there. The food there was always something to eat and never had a bad experience. Pool was on the cold side but totally clean and very tidy and the bar man out there was so helpful and the pool attendant always glad to help you and made sure that you had what you needed. My room was always clean and very tidy and would like to say a massive thank you to me maid that looked after my room on a regular basis room 1021. I will definitely be coming back to there in the future. SUCH AN AMAZING TIME

First time visiting Tenerife and this hotel. Staff were very welcoming when we arrived and throughout our whole stay. Great communication with our transfers when we checked out. lovely facilities and overall was such a restful holiday. Close to town and beach. Pool area lovely. Will 100% be back.

An excellent hotel situated 10 minutes from the town and beach front. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was immaculatey clean. The only downside was some of the hot food wasn't as hot as would be expected . Overall I'd give them a large thumbs up and will be recommending them to others.

Stayed in this hotel for a week from 2.06 to 9.06. To be honest, it was the worst hotel. The hotel is old, the rooms need at least a minimal update, because everything is very old. Cleaning in the hotel is at a low level, when we entered the room we saw dirty mirrors, dust, dirty towels. All that saved the room was its view from the window, it was one big plus in this room.  What surprised me is that you can't get an iron when you need it, I came in the morning at 7 a.m. and asked for an iron, to which they answered, it could be later than 9-10, I asked what I need right now, they told me it's too early, we can't give you to give an iron, she came later at 8 o'clock, they said ok, now we will bring it, I waited for an iron for 20 minutes, and I didn't wait, I already had to leave, the porter came when we were already going down in the elevator. It's very upsetting that they don't hear what the guest is asking for, it doesn't matter to the guests.  The biggest and painful topic during the stay is food, we took "all inclusive".  To say that we were hungry is an understatement. All the food is not salty or peppery, but maybe that would be the least problem, but no, it's still flowers. Food is monotonous, breakfast is the same every day, as well as lunch and dinner. There was no meat at all to eat, everything was raw and not tasty. Salads are sour, cut vegetables are not fresh, fruits are rotten, potatoes are rotten. There is no choice of food at all, and it is not tasty.   We went to eat in restaurants, since it is impossible to eat in the hotel.  Also note that this hotel is more for the elderly, there are all people over the age of 50+.  I do not recommend!!!!

Excellent staff ,quite far from most activities,2 hrs from airport but perfect for a relaxing stay away ,close to loro Parque, beds hard and no tea coffee making facilities but overall a great break away would definitely go again 😀

Staff was the best thing about this place always attentive and smiling. The food was bland and limited variety. Nothing was labeled properly so if you have any dietary requirements I would be careful what you eat. Everything was watered down and we were bored of the food by day two. The hotel is very outdated and the music by the pool is all old and repetitive. The bed was comfy and the rooms were decent for us but for friends we met on holiday they said there’s wasn’t. I think this hotel is better for people over 60 they seamed to enjoy it more.

Lovely staff, great food and good entertainment. We enjoyed our holiday because the staff made it incredibly fun and memorable. We will definitely recommend this hotel!

Just back from 5 nights here with my auntie and cousin. We had a good time. The rooms are nice, the pool is not too cold!! The pool bar staff are lovely and there is never a queue. The food was fine it was meat cooked by a chef station, salads, chips, lasagne, stew etc. I would stay here again. It’s close to beach and town. All inclusive drinks from 10am to 11pm.

Hotel was tired but generally pleasant. The pool area was very over looked with no shade. Rooms very basic no tea coffee making and fridge had been leaking on the floor for months. Entertainment was ok if you’re over 70. All inclusive where told bar stopped serving at 11 but you can buy them untill 12, unless you where a pretty young lady or a local. The food was terrible most of the time it was uneatable dry tasteless slop really disappointed, dinner was a rehash of leftovers from breakfast and lunch. Would recommend booking B&Q and eating anywhere else. Lots of lovely locally run restaurants with fantastic food. Overall very disappointed would go back to that part of the island but won’t ever stay at a Be live hotel again.

Our 6th visit and each it fails to disappoint. Staff are all friendly and cannot do enough to please not to forget the cleaning staff who all do a wonderful job.Hotel currently going through an outdoor paint ect but no effect on our staff.I strongly recommend to upgrade to superior room for that extra special touch!.
