This is a great hotel staff were so nice and couldn't do enough for us. I had to move rooms the first day because of mobility issues and they were very accommodating it was done straight away. Food was good too and as we were all inclusive if we didn't like something we just choose something else. Rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. Beds were lovely and comfortable which I didn't expect as some reviews I read said the were hard but no they were just right for me. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus service into the beach or shopping centre which runs all day. I am definitely coming back here again in fact my friends just booked for later in the year.

It's nice Ithe food not great ,staff are lovely there's 3 hotels so u have breakfast ad dinner in one ad lunch in the other,you pay one euro for a plastic glass to get you're drinks u pay six euros for cocktails, kids can't play ball in pool or have water rings,pool was freezing . my room was lovely cleaners come early to do room,the hotel have free bus into the town but not Saturday or Sunday. Entertainment at nite very bad

Had an absolute blast of a holiday weather was great except one day was overcast. Spotless hotel well worth the upgrade to white and blue rooms. Staff were amazing so very helpful. Jesus the waiter was amazing and restaurant staff were fantastic aswell. Food was brilliant there is something for everyone nobody can say there's no choices as there was loads of choices to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel. Only down side which was a shame bags were being pinched from pool areas so be mindful if you go to Tenerife as it's everywhere out there. This didn't happen to us but did to another two families staying in hotel. This is nothing to do with the hotel itself it's something the police are aware of so just be mindful of it don't leave you're bags hanging around. Best holiday in years I must say met fantastic people in hotel and all were so very friendly. I'd definitely go back for sure. 100% Recommend this spotless hotel.

Had a lovely break away everyone was good apart from the food at the hotel didn’t manage to eat anything there. Made sure to take advantage on the all inclusive bar thou the pool area was also so nice and even better there was a coffee shop opposite

Hotel was a absolute disgrace room was full of mold balcony door doesn’t lock properly food was raw half the time gave me and my girlfriend bad food poisoning hotel staff were rude and arrogant asked to speak to a manager on muiltple occasions which I got told there’s no manger on site eventually I spoke to someone turns out there was a manger in the building all weekend the manger was quite rude herself telling me well that’s what it is after been showed pictures they refused to do anything about it I will never be coming back don’t bother wasting ur money and go else where

The hotel staff are willing and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily. In addition to the recepcion, it is possible to use optional programs. The food is varied and plentiful. We had a fantastic week here. We would lobe to come back! Thank yuo!

Absolutely amazing, first time here, was a little worried with some of the reviews but nothing to worry about, very very clean, friendly staff, we came end of November to 10th December and was pretty quiet, sun trap at the front so if you don't mind burning lol that's your best bet plus it's a little noisy at the front , back view is the sea view more quieter and cooler was best option for us worth paying that extra , we was bnb lots of choice in breakfast, close to everything you need, the town is about 20 minutes walk down hill but up hill back to the hotel which cost us 5€ to 7€ each way, will be definitely coming back here again, pictures of see few from 5th floor

Spent a week here all inclusive and ate out every night. The food at the hotel was awful, very bland and no variety. Lots of guests also complained about feeling unwell due to the food. There was no entertainment and the bar area is very dated. The pool bar was shut 5 out of the 7 days we stayed meaning we had to get dressed and head to the bottom floor of the hotel each time we wanted a drink. It was easier in the end to buy our own beverages from the shop attached to the hotel for the day. The hotel gave us a room on the ground floor with a balcony door that does not work- instead of offering us a hand then abruptly told us how to fix it and still charged us per day to use the safe. Everything you may need at the hotel also costs extra- which when you pay for all inclusive shouldn’t be the case in my opinion eg: towels: €25 per towel to rent, cups for the bar were an additional cost, a safe for the room, a kettle. It all adds up. Due to being unlimited drinks for all inclusive guests we found a lot of drunken fights breaking out between guests at all times of the day and night- meaning a lot of noise in the evening. Police were called on occasion to break a fight up. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel if you have children as I didn’t think it appropriate for them to be around this environment. Only saving grace was the size of the room.
