Bluesea Interpalace

3rd visit to the Blue sea resorts in Puerto de la Cruz but 1st to Interpalace. Definitely the best of the 3 hotels. Good points, Clean everywhere, helpful friendly staffing team, good beds and mattresses (recommend paying extra for sea view), good location with excellent rooftop bar (drinks not included in AI but very reasonable and worth the cost, 10% off for hotel guests), daytime entertainers were great and worked really hard. Free bus to/from main resort plus use of amenities in other 2 hotels. Lots of nice bars, cafes and shops nearby. Not so good points, drinks awful except the beer and soft drinks. Local spirits horrible/cheap and cocktails sugary. I paid for all my drinks at local bars which didn’t bother me because it wasn’t a huge extra to be AI . Entertainment in the evening not great but we went out most nights or used the rooftop bar. Food, hotel really needs to address the temperature of the food as it’s often cold to lukewarm warm. Breakfast and lunch reasonable with choices but dinner very hit and miss, not so much choice on offer as there was on our last visit in 2022., most nights we ate out because it wasn’t great. Don’t understand all the comments about food prep or hygiene though as everything we had was probably over rather than undercooked? Overall our experience was very good, you get what you pay for here I think some reviews don’t reflect that It’s very reasonable priced. You can upgrade the drinks package now to branded spirits if you want and the price would still be very reasonable compared to other all inclusives on the island We didn’t do this because we liked going out. To summarise if you want a cheap break in the sun at a clean friendly hotel in a nice area this hotel fits the bill. We will come back for a 4th visit but maybe on a bed and breakfast basis

Just come back from a week away, after reading some of the reviews we were apprehensive but we had a lovely stay the hotel room was spotless beds were comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food is pretty basic but there's always something you can find to eat. I have no complaints whatsoever

First class stay, The food was top notch and varied, the staff helpful and friendly, The room is comfortable clean and tidied daily, Shower pressure is amazing and hot, We had a balcony with a view of the mountains and in the morning seeing the sunrise was nature at its best,

This is a great hotel staff were so nice and couldn't do enough for us. I had to move rooms the first day because of mobility issues and they were very accommodating it was done straight away. Food was good too and as we were all inclusive if we didn't like something we just choose something else. Rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. Beds were lovely and comfortable which I didn't expect as some reviews I read said the were hard but no they were just right for me. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus service into the beach or shopping centre which runs all day. I am definitely coming back here again in fact my friends just booked for later in the year.

Had an absolute blast of a holiday weather was great except one day was overcast. Spotless hotel well worth the upgrade to white and blue rooms. Staff were amazing so very helpful. Jesus the waiter was amazing and restaurant staff were fantastic aswell. Food was brilliant there is something for everyone nobody can say there's no choices as there was loads of choices to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel. Only down side which was a shame bags were being pinched from pool areas so be mindful if you go to Tenerife as it's everywhere out there. This didn't happen to us but did to another two families staying in hotel. This is nothing to do with the hotel itself it's something the police are aware of so just be mindful of it don't leave you're bags hanging around. Best holiday in years I must say met fantastic people in hotel and all were so very friendly. I'd definitely go back for sure. 100% Recommend this spotless hotel.

Had a lovely break away everyone was good apart from the food at the hotel didn’t manage to eat anything there. Made sure to take advantage on the all inclusive bar thou the pool area was also so nice and even better there was a coffee shop opposite
