Apartamentos Park Plaza

The rooms have a kitchen corner that looks like a wardrobe, the beds are average, the bathroom is old, the eoom had no fan neither AC, which was not a problem in january. My room was on 4th floor facing the street, very hot though for january, I kept the window opened at night time , but outside is very noisy and had to use earplugs . But the worse was that the room was infested , especially by nigt, by black bugs measuring around 3 to 12 mm long , luckily enough not coming in the bed, but mainly on the floor and on bathroom walls...it was scary though .. I signalled at once after first night at the reception, they didn' t propose me to exchange room , but they sent the room maid for " a special treatment"....done while I was away...but for the 2nd and 3rd night, and also in daytime, I could see no difference, the room was full of bugs ..!! This affected my stay which has been a nightmare, and though the hotel was cheap, I' ll never go back again! To be honest I must say that my friend had a room on the same floor , facing an inner courtyard and the room was not hot and there were no bugs ..they should have proposed me to change room straight away!!

Huonosti varusteltu keittiö. Parvekkeen ovea ei juuri voinut pitää auki edessä olevan parkkipaikan takia jossa kokoajan jonotettiin vapaata paikkaa. Kova pakokaasun haju. Vieressä olevan jätepisteen takia kova meteli kun jätteitä tyhjättiin. Oli pyydetty huonetta ajoissa ylemmistä kerroksista mutta 1 kerrokseen laitettiin. Kun pyydettiin huonetta ylempää pakokaasun takia niin leviteltiin vain käsiä. Keittiön kraanasta pieni noro lämmintä vettä. Torakoita näkyi. Poorly equipped kitchen. The balcony door could hardly be kept open by the parking lot in front because there was always a queue for a free seat. Strong exhaust smell. Because of the waste point next to it loud commotion when the waste was emptied. Had requested a room on the upper floors in time, but was put on the 1st floor. When we asked for an upper room because of the exhaust gas, only hands were spread. Weakly from the kitchen faucet warm water. Cockroaches were visible.

Hello, I share what we experienced in the Park Plaza apartments: 1. There is no fan in the rooms, it is simply impossible to stay inside day or night. 2. Cockroaches walk not only in the rooms, but also in the dining room where we eat breakfast. 3. It's a very noisy place, it's impossible to sleep, if the door is open it's because of the noise, and if it's closed it's because of the heat without a fan. 4. Instead of shower gel, we had water with some kind of soap.( diluted that much that basicly it was a water) 5. Do not wash the floor at least once during the whole week.

I am a big believer in you get what you pay for. So i had a reasonable deal. Not cheap. We walked in. Placed on 6th floor. Lift was broken. 20kg case. Not fun. 3 days.No. Lift. The room. Tv hanging off wall. Mould in glasses. Microwave. Well if you would eat from it. Fair play. Our room was like faulty towers. I chose not to complain. Im on holiday who needs that stress? One night we decided to put tv music on. Complaint at the door threatening police obviously we are not going to argue. . Just wow. The tv we were scared to adjust brought our own glasses to drink from. Just wow. Ive been many places in my life: but just wow. Never again. Puerto De La Cruz as a place i absolutely loved. So traditional and quaint. Oh i borrowed an iron from reception. It was black on the hot plate.

Solo puedo hablar bien del trato de los recepcionistas. Fin. Justo al entrar a esperar el check in vemos dos cucarachas. No quiero entrar en pánico pensando que estamos a pie de calle y que ha sido casualidad. Subimos a la habitación y empeora la cosa. Mobiliario y baño antiquísimo, solo se salva los colchones que son cómodos aunque con almohada más fina que el papel. Vale que el precio era bajo, pero sin lugar a dudas merece la pena pagar algo más en condiciones. Lo peor: olor malísimo intenso en toda la habitación y baño que no se iba ni con el balcón abierto, tuvimos que comprar ambientador para poder dormir. El vater con poco que hagas se queda atascado todo. La tarjeta para abrir la habitación fallaba continuamente. Al menos la ubicación es buena y la piscina no está mal, aunque tumbonas están dejadísimas también.

Nunca dejo ninguna reseña, un poco por tiempo y un poco porque no se que escribir, aquí pero tengo que hacerlo. No entiendo las reseña mala que dejan, porque lo hacen...estuve a punto de cancelar mi reserva porque me puse a leer los comentarios. MENOS MAL NO CANCELE!!! Buen sitio en una posición fenomenal! Personal amable. Las habitaciones acogedoras...tiene sus años, claro, no busquéis lujosidad pero por el precio está muy muy bien! Me encantó!!! El único consejo es por la limpieza de las habitaciones...estaba limpia la habitacion...pero en el baño mejor poner siempre un ojo más y limpiar un poquito mejor...🙏 Gracias por todo volveremos pronto.
