Hotel datato ma comodissimo, praticamente fronte mare e in centro, sconsiglio la colazione , personale cordiale e sorridente, molti ragazzi e anziani . Per dormire tutto ok

Stayed here for a week solo which I booked last minute. Room was perfect nice views from balcony, with the hotel being in a great location. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Reception staff were able to answer any query I had and had good knowledge of the local area, bar staff made excellent drinks and cleaning staff cleaned my room well. Enough of all groups of staff spoke perfect English too Food was ok and the pool area was nice too. Would recommend.

This is not 4 star hotel. It’s not even 3! The hotel inside is extremely backdated! Looks like this hotel had better times but over 30 years ago! Rooms are simple which is not a problem but when u have nightlight, all of the sockets and fridge doors broken this becomes a problem! We stayed there from 8-14 feb. Location is good close to everything! Most of hotel guests are over 60 ( they might enjoy the facilities but when u used to proper standard u will hate it there!). I would defo not recommend. It’s defo not for couples and not families! Pool tiny and tired! Restaurant it’s a kind of joke old and dirty! Cooks can’t handle small number of guest so u wonder how they can do it when they are busy!

The window in the room was dirty and the curtain was torn. The sofa bed was wrinkled and dirty and looked like it had been taken from the garbage. In the bathroom the ventilation hole was full of mold and dust. The ventilation duct hadn’t been cleaned for years - at least not since the bathroom walls were last painted because the paint partially covered the ventilation duct hatch. This is why the smell in the bathroom was awful. The dining room is a schokingly uncomfortable basement trap. The quality of the food varies: sometimes almost good but mostly monotonous and cold. Changing the places and serving dishes of the food does not improve the quality of the food. Only multilingual staff at the reception- maybe that’s why the service was a bit stiff and didn’t leave a good impression. The level of cleaning also varied. Clean sheets only when claimed to the reception. Positives: the hotel is perfectly located and the beds in the room were good. But definitely not four stars hotel - two stars would be the highest rate from us.

It in a good condition but old stylish, not modern. Staff are excellent except one lady receptionist who worked on the xmas day was so arrogant to me when I complained how we missed dinner and breakfast on the 24th night and 25th morning because of lack of information on arrival. She was not able to handle our concerns and claimed that it was our fault, no apologises. However every other things went smoothly, good xmas and new year celebrations at the restaurant, well decorated, glammed. Food was ok Overall, the hotel needs a bit of upgrade.

A good and inexpensive place to spend a few days. The elevators are a bit scary, though. I had an excellent view of the ocean and the lago martianez pools. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had breakfast at the hotel once which was alright but nothing special. I particulary liked the fresh little garden-grown bananas.

People, don't waste your money on this hotel! Corresponds to a 2-star hotel, everything is old and depreciated. The rooms are under all criticism, the air conditioner does not work, the mattresses are quite hard and guarantee that you will not have a good sleep. The food is very monotonous. The coffee and juices in the restaurant are the worst quality I've ever had in my life. The pool is small, the sunbeds are old and broken. In addition, the restaurant is underground and is like a beehive. The rooms are noisy because the windows are old, you can hear plates clinking all day long. The elevators are old and slow and in most cases you have to take the stairs.

Hotel is certainly not a 4 star as advertised, it is in need of a overhaul a total renovation, shower is like a caravan shower with the shower tray filling with water and not emptying, bad smell of sewage in bathroom Breakfast very basic and limited only went for one morning,. Air con was very noisy and not that cold, and my room was hotter than outside and that was after having the air con on for 3 hours Staff are friendly but think they have to be to compensate for lack of services. I went to bar and asked for a cup/mug for coffee and used my manners to be met with rude staff member who tried to make me say please again Beds comfortable but pillows are terrible, no holiday makers stayed at hotel during day and at most saw three couples around the pool, I complained and got flight home early, turnt up Wednesday 23rd October 10pm and was booked back on flight home on 26th ...... Very depressing and if I was going to travel to Puerto de la Cruz steer well clear of hotel

First the positives- 1. The staff were friendly. 2. The location is very good in Puerto De La Cruz. Next the rest- 1. The rooms and the whole hotel needs a major upgrade. It's like a 60's tower block inside and out. 2. The food in limited in it's range and of poor cheap quality. There is very little food variety. Most of it is included in the photos. 3. The pool is dirty and isn't heated. 4. You can hear booming music until the late hours. I have enclosed some photos for you to see. Don't go to this hotel if you are thinking of travelling from abroad, you will be sorely disappointed.
