We got an apartment with a kitchen and its accessories, coffee maker, oven and dishwasher. A super comfortable and spacious bed, with sockets on both sides of the bed to charge both laptops and mobiles. Sink with shower, towels and shampoo/gel included. A spectacular place to spend a few days on the island. The facility has a swimming pool and tennis courts at your disposal. Very close to the beach and a beautiful cove. When we were there, only the Portocolom supermarkets were open, but right in front of the enclosure there is a Spar for shopping.

It was overall a very nice stay until the last day. For some reason my bed sheet wasn’t changed since I spotted a stain I saw the day before and my hair was still on the bed. It looked like the housekeeper only made the bed without changing the bed sheets. Also my toilet wasn’t cleaned either and it started to smell really bad after the day 2. There is no way of contacting the reception desk from the room and it is way too inconvenient as the building I was staying was 1 min walk from the main building and there was no elevator. The reception desk ladies were super friendly and helpful though. Swimming pool, bar and breakfast were quite nice and hotel is located right in front of the sea so I could definitely enjoy the view from the balcony. I do recommend it but just be needy and get your rooms cleaned properly 🤣

It's much better than expected. It's right next to the beach. Since we drove, we found it quite convenient. The room is very clean. Someone will clean it every morning. It will be cleaned after breakfast. Breakfast will be changed every day. The front desk is also very friendly. I stayed for three days and the experience was very good.
