Hôtel très propres, personnels très accueillant et à l’écoute. Ménage des chambres fait tous les jours. Buffet du petit déjeuner bon et varié. Place de parking autour de l’hôtel. Quelque cala au alentour de l’hôtel à une 15 minutes. Environnement calme. Je recommande

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien. Chambre : très basique, il manquait plusieurs choses tels que bouilloire, machine à café, coffre (payant!)… Petit déjeuner : très ordinaire

This hotel was lovely. If you are looking for a calm and relaxing holiday then this is the place to go. It’s a very well maintained hotel and clean all around. There’s a beautiful beach about 15 min walk away and there’s lots of other walking routes too which take you to some beautiful locations nearby. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We especially liked the entertainment team Clemence and Felix. They were brilliant and we always had a good laugh with them when it came to the entertainment side of things. They were very friendly and we cannot fault them! The food was also lovely. Very well prepared and always so nice each day. The only thing we found was that there wasn’t much selection for lunch and dinner. If you’re used to larger buffets like we are this is quite small but we still enjoyed it. At dinner there was always something new to have which was nice and it’s freshly prepared. There is also a pool bar but if you go all inclusive you have to pay for the food from there which we didn’t like. We felt there could’ve been a selection for the all inclusive guests. The only other thing to mention is that the hotel is quite far away from the airport and the main palma area so if you’re looking to do any excursions be prepared to travel as it’s quite a remote hotel but it’s in a lovely quiet area. It just depends on what you’re looking for. Overall, this was a brilliant holiday for relaxing which was exactly what we wanted. ☺️

WE HAVE SPENT A WEEK AT THIS HOTEL AFTER READING ALL REVIEWS REGARDING FOOD STAFF AND ALLTHINGS STAFF EXCELLENT VERY HELPFULL IN ALL ASPECTS NOW THE DOWNSIDE FOOD WAS VERY SUB STANDARD NO HOT PLATES SO ALL FOOD WAS COLD BY THETIME YOU RETURNED TO YOUR TABLE POTATOES NONE EXSITANT UNLESS YOU LIKE CHIPS WHICH WERE ALSO COLD IF YOU LIKED SALAD OK SWEETS QUITE BASIC ALL IN QUITE DISSAPIONTING.

We have recently returned from a weeks holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The welcome at 3 am was friendly, but not really any information was provided. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. We were in the main block overlooking the entrance. Breakfast was always plentiful and did have something for everyone. The view while your eating is beautiful. The staff were all super friendly and always offered help when needed. John especially seemed to be everywhere and always greets you with a smile. The pool by the breakfast area doesn't open until 12 but was very peaceful and relaxing. The main pool had a great fully stocked bar but did run out of Mojitos quite often. The snack bar had everything you needed. The club sandwich always filled the spot. Again, John tended to be here serving drinks and food. There were plenty of sunbeds, and it certainly paid off to be there out of season. If you're looking for a party, this is not your hotel. There are some great restaurants within a 10 minute walk in both directions from the hotel and the beach is about 15 -20 minute walk. However, it is a fair walk. I would highly recommend staying for a relax and recharge holiday. No real negatives that would impact your stay.

I understand places are still getting back on their feet after the pandemic, but this place wasn't cheap and we expected a little more for the price and the 4 star rating mainly in the category of food and dining experience. Good 3 star at most in my opinion. We got our room request that we made when booking which we were pleased with and the staff were nice. The view (fabulous) and room decoration and the decoration in lobby/reception warrant its 4 stars but facilities worth 3 stars. The gym is old and not air conditioned, there wasn't even one treadmill. Not that everyone goes on holiday to go to gym but ratings are given according to facilities. The pool toilets and outdoor restaurant toilets are old and nothing to dry hands on. Ashtrays at pool entrance at outside at entrance to reception not emptied and stunk when you walked past. The food choices were just adequate and for us only worth 3 star rating as choices were too limited. At the station where a chef cooks from scratch, there was a wait for them to appear until a queue formed. One evening he did not cook the salmon thoroughly and we had to leave almost the whole meal because it wasn't cooked in the middle. We did not complain but the lead waitress noticed when she walked past and told us it wasn't adequately cooked and she would speak to the chef. Pool bar cocktails not worth nearly 10 euros, go up the hill to the other bars, you get much better drinks for less. I don't think most 4 star hotels would expect you to eat breakfast and dinner on uncomfortable garden furniture, sometimes without cushions and tables that wobble.
