Absolutely stunning! Such a peaceful, inviting,and beautiful place to stay. The whole staff and family were very attentive and friendly. I loved every moment of being there! Thank you again for making my trip magical!!! You made my once in a lifetime trip even better! I ❤️ GALAPAGOS!

We spent three nights here, and I would definitely stay again. The hotel was cute, comfortable, and clean. The breakfasts were delicious. Coffee and tea were available 24 hrs in the pool area, and it was so relaxing by the pool, that we had our first cup of the day by the pool. The staff was amazing. They were all kind, and they helped us with whatever we needed.

Five stars! This hotel is amazing! Its location is ideal, close to the beach and to the restaurants. The room was clean and had WIFi. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were amazing. They were very helpful and answered my questions. I highly recommend staying here and I plan on returning soon!

This hotel was super nice, everything was upgraded and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed in a smaller room on first floor and I did not notice much noise from other guest. There was toilet treat bag I really appreciated it since my friend and I did not bring any toothpaste. The food for breakfast was delicious, it had everything coffee, fruit, meats, cheese, bread, juice, yogurt, eggs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cooks were all top notch, and girls at the lobby were super helpful with directions and tips. Everyone spoke English which is very helpful. This hotel also offer tours and they are amazing. My friend and I did two, and our experience was out of this world. The food in the boat was the best food in the island. And the staff was so nice and attentive always making sure you could ask for things without getting up, just a great experience in paradise of Galapagos island.

The location is perfect, walking distance to everything, and clean. Very nice rooms and a refreshing pool. The staff is excellent and Bryon went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. They serve a very good breakfast and there is plenty of it.

My stay at Hotel Santa Fe was incredible! The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the room was spotless with fantastic amenities like a fridge and WiFi. I loved the convenient bracelet key system and the fact that I could refill my bottle for free at the coffee/water station. Staff recommendations for diving sites, activities and dining enhanced my experience. I'm already planning my next trip back!

The hotel staff was very friendly and communicative. The room was very nice, completely clean. The mattresses were very comfortable and soft. They have a station to recharge your water bottles before going out to do any activity, I really appreciate that. The key was a very easy-to-use bracelet and you could carry it everywhere without losing it just by placing it on your arm. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I would definitely return to book my next stay here.

The location of the newly refurbished hotel is perfect, very close to the main street, pier and food kiosks. Breakfast starts early at 6AM so you can make it before you leave for the many island boat tours. Digital bracelets enable front door entrance, room and safe access. Good A/C, TV and WiFi connection. There is a small fridge in the room, along with refillable water bottles that you can fill besides the pool (there is also a coffee station). Also, there are a couple of cloth backpacks, you can get some groceries from the supermarket by the pier. Byron and Marco made sure we were comfortable and also fulfilled our transport to Baltra airport.

I am a middle aged woman travelling solo. The room was perfect and secure. The pool is not designed for lounging in the sun, but great for a dip. Tortuga Bay is about a 45 minute walk on a well maintained path. When you get to the beach, go to he right and walk to the end where you’ll find a path through the mangrove and opens up to a calm pool like swimming area with shade trees and great snorkelling. Very safe to venture out anytime to explore the town, enjoy some wine and walk home.
