Hotel Brisas Del Pacifico

We stayed for 3 nights during our trip to the Galapagos, and overall, it was a fine experience. The hotel is in a good location, which made it easy to get around, and there's a convenient empanada stand right next door—a nice bonus! These empanadas were one of the highlights of our stay in Santa Cruz and are just $2-4 USD each. The room itself was decent. The big bed was comfortable, and we appreciated having a full-size mirror. However, there were a few downsides. The shower water was too hot most of the time, which was a bit uncomfortable, and the window opened to a wall, so there was no view to speak of—not ideal. There was also no safe in the room, but this seems to be fairly standard for accommodations in the Galapagos, so we weren’t too surprised. All in all, it’s a decent place to stay if you’re not expecting anything fancy. The location and comfort of the bed made up for the minor inconveniences.

The room was spacious, with a large, comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. While the room itself wasn't anything overly fancy, it had all the essentials, including a full-length mirror, which was a nice touch. The location was fantastic — situated near the main strip, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Plus, it was right across the street from two fantastic empanada stands, which made grabbing a quick, cheap, and delicious bite incredibly convenient. The only downside was the window in the room, which opened to a wall, so there was no view to enjoy. Additionally, there wasn't a safe in the room, but this seems to be a common issue in the Galapagos. Another aspect that could be improved was the shower. The water pressure and temperature fluctuated frequently, often getting too hot, which was a bit frustrating. Despite this, I felt comfortable, and the hotel met our basic needs during our short stay.

We were traveling on a group school tour. The room we had for the 2 of us had 4 beds ( 1 double and 3 single). Room was large with basic furniture. Water flow was poor and shower was cold. Located about 7 blocks from the main port, store and restaurant area.

My sister and I stayed at Hotel Brisas Del Pacifico. The hotel was basic, but acceptable, it had AC and an elevator, no breakfast or pool. It's a short, pleasant walk to the main drag and the water. We both got rooms with king sized beds. There were no exterior windows in either of our rooms. One faced the hallway and the other faced a wall. We only got a sliver of light in the morning because we were on the 2nd floor - room 5. The 3rd floor room had a bigger sliver of light - room 11. I'm not sure if they have king sized rooms with windows with any semblance of a view, I should have asked. It was clean and basic, but you should bring your own toiletries, there was minimal soap and I'm not sure if it's because the island is environmentally conscious or not - most places had the bulk toiletries. The internet was minimal and only available in the common areas. I didn't even have cell service in my room - because it was an interior room. Cell service on the entire island is spotty, so this isn't really a complaint, just a note to be aware of. The hotel is located just across from the town market, don't miss the empanadas in the evenings!

Estuve visitando la isla Santa Cruz y me hospedé en este hotel, junto con mis compañeros de Zumbalo, nos gusto mucho el hotel, había ascensores y esto nos encanto porque llevamos varias maletas, todo limpio y cómodo, les recomiendo hospedase en este hotel
