I stayed here for one night while walking the Camino. The front desk check in woman was very friendly, which goes a long way to coloring my experience. I lucked out and got my own room, even though I booked a dorm. They ask for silence in the dorm area, but a guy next to me was watching a game without headphones and he refused to stop. There is a lot of noise bleed between rooms and the doors are heavy, so loud when opened and shut. Typical hostel noise issues, but be warned. The place looks nicer than most hostels though as there are twinkly holiday lights and clean bathrooms. The staff at the hotel bar were aggressively unfriendly, which was a real disappointment as it's a small town with few meal options. Overall, it's a fine place to stay for one night.

We were walking part of the Camino Way and sadly our travel provider booked us into this hotel. It's an unattractive building in a unattractive outer area of Puente de la Reine. The lady that booked us in was pleasant, unlike the bar man who was rude and surly. The room was ok, but very noisy as the fabric of the hotel is poor and you can hear every noise. The breakfast was average. We wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I stayed in a double room in the albergue side of the establishment and I'm quite satisfied. Room 403 was perfect for my needs and boasted its own bathroom. The bed was quite comfortable and the wifi worked well, even in the basement. The albergue is directly on the Camino and within walking distance of the supermarket. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but the bar offers inexpensive food and drink. A perfect place to stay for pilgrims!

The staff were excellent the room very clean and spacious, we had a dog & the hotel was accommodating & friendly..highly recommended The parking was easy accessible & safe the area had all the popular outlets, McD, BK & KFC

Big property with sections for hotel, alburgue, restaurant, and bar. Hotel rooms were quite basic, not nearly as nice as photo. Alburgue seemed nicer. A bit far from town (1.2 km one way, 2.4 km round trip) - which after a day of walking feels far so ended up staying at hotel . Convenient to have restaurant onsite. WiFi was really weak and flaky, which is frustrating on the Camino when you rely on evening WiFi to set up for next day. Bed and room weren't that great, especially for the high price

The Barman here was reluctant to serve anyone, unable to give eye contact and asking for a drink seemed an issue. The rooms were good and the person booking us in was excellent. The rooms are good. A bit small but adequate. Bath and air conditioning. Dinner was good.

We booked late while doing the Camino and the room was fine for what we paid. What was not fine was the unbelievable attitude of the blonde woman behind the bar. I swear that all four of us were left speechless with our mouths open at her response when we asked to pay for our meal. Two of us are fluent in Spanish so this was not a language problem.

Great location right on the Camino trail, room good size and as advertised. Arrived after a days walking at 4pm to be told the restaurant was closed - however that there was a restaurant 2 minutes walk away . We found that that restaurant was also closed after going there in the pouring rain. Back at this hotel we were told that we could get a taxi into some restaurants further away. The hotel bar had no food. The receptionist was apologetic and very pleasant . When asked if we could have a sandwich - the bar staff member and receptionist both said they could not make us a sandwich. They advised also that it was not possible to order food from any other establishment to be delivered. So we had some pastries and crisps in the bar. The hotels description indicates that it has a restaurant - it is not unreasonable to expect that it be functional. Unless you are prepared to bring your own food or your own transport or be happy to pay taxi bills to go get food - it is not advised you stay at this hotel.
