三月初天氣暖和想着花都開了來這邊旅遊，對比了好幾家酒店選了這家裝修沒多久的酒店，無論設施服務和衞生都做得很好。前台小姐姐還非常熱情推薦好玩好吃的地方，感覺很熱心温暖。唯一美中不足的拉低體驗感的事情就是入住那天有個大媽一直佔著房間不願意退房，前台小姐姐也在安撫我們情緒。我記得酒店是有延時退房的服務的，但是真的有人一定要到兩點整才把房間騰出來嗎？阿姨也需要時間打掃我們才可以入住啊，大媽有起床氣，下午一點五十多還不願意起。真以為世界是圍繞她轉的嗎？來貴州旅遊遇到這種人真是我們自己倒黴了，雖然説每個地方都有這種素質極低的人，大媽將中午兩點的起床氣對着人前台小女生撒也是逆天了。別問我怎麼知道的，因為大媽是世界圍繞的中心，嗓門大到整個酒店都聽得見了。所有人都應該給它開綠燈，不開綠燈就投訴你罵你，**罵街一樣，雖然大媽説的方言有些沒怎麼聽懂，但那種跋扈的態度真是令人咂舌。很難想象都21世紀了還有這種東西，真是影響旅遊的心情，本來看貴州人民都很熱情好客的，那天也是讓我們遇到這種逆天大媽了。像這種人一輩子都發不了財的。算了想想就生氣，但是還要給大家安利一下酒店的，我覺得性價比還是很高的。

凌晨5點半入住 正常兩點退房 結果兩點不到催了兩次 一直敲門 讓人穿個衣服都來不及 很影響心情沒住過的人千萬不要去了 個人一般不容易給任何平台差評的 真的心情超差 絕對差評

第一天入住連一次性拖鞋都得自己去要，想着懶得麻煩換酒店，一開始訂了三天，三天裏一次房間都沒打掃過，按金是在第一天掃他的私人付款碼付的，在我最後一天早上要趕高鐵離開貴州的時候告知我床單有油漬，按金不能退，我請問了油漬是最好清理的污漬，我住過五星級酒店比如文華東方，上海香格里拉，廣州柏悦，我也住過差點的快捷酒店，第一次被告知因為油漬清理不掉而被扣按金，當然就算你要扣按金，也不應該全扣，你家床單是金子做的，按金一點不退，真夠離譜的，大不了按金不要了，臘跡酒店，你就住吧，一住一個不吱聲
