Ulasan Premier Inn Wirral (Two Mills)

Dreadful experience. First day had to be cancelled, as my friend became seriously ill with food poisoning. Had to travel 250 miles to see him. Second night was a nightmare, people upstairs banging on the floor and making a noise til 4.30 in the morning and my extractor fan in the bathroom was broken and was on ALL night. I could hear it all night, even with the door closed!! Complained to member of staff who told me to leave a complaint on their website. Didn't receive a refund and weren't interested in any of the issues. AVOID AND USE TRAVELIDGE, THEY ARE MORE CINDIDERATE AND HUMAN

Reaching our ground floor bedroom was an experience I would not want to repeat again Carrying a suitcase up in the lift to the first floor only to discover that after a series of passage ways and fire doors that we then ad to go down a flight of stairs to reach our ground floor bedroom. This was just nuts and wore me out. If you stay here make sure that you are not in an upstairs downstairs bedroom Bedroom was typical Premier Inn but nevertheless is basic. Having said that the bedroom had everything which we required, and needed Comfy bed good lighting in the room which was bright enough to read a book in bed. I was concerned about the cleanliness of the place. There was a stain on the chair which looked very much like human excrement and there was a nasty crack in the wash hand basis which was dirty and doubtless full of germs.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. I have been several times, and they never fail to deliver. Excellent service from all staff members in both the hotel and restaurant and rooms spotlessly clean. I am looking forward to my next visit in December.

The member of staff at breakfast was really unhelpful and didnt seem to want to be there really. The receptionist early morning time, was also really unhelpful. I've stayed and eaten here before, but I think there's been a change of staff this year and I could sense it. I wont be staying or eating here again.

We are just back from yet another excellent stay here. We were visiting family in and around the Wirral area and stayed for 2 nights returning home today. Hotel, restaurant and all staff lovely. For those visiting Liverpool or Chester, there's an excellent park and ride site about 10 minutes drive away at Hooton offering cheap parking and frequent trains to both cities. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was brilliant, staff very welcoming and friendly. Best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. Breakfast was also great. Would definitely stay again

Lovely hotel and good location for exploring Chester. The staff make the place especially Dominic on reception, very friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond. Made our break very special and memorable. Would definitely visit again if in Chester.

Don't always go with first impressions. On arriving at the hotel I'd agree with most reviews and say that the outside of the building is not a pretty sight and would put most people off. The building is dated and needs repairs and could do with a refurb. This in no way affected how the rest of our stay was at this hotel. The kind friendly staff on reception made this place and the bedroom was perfectly adequate and clean inside. Lovely hot shower and a comfy bed, what more could you ask for.

In desperate need of renovation and more staff needed, not up to the standard of other Premier Inns we have stayed in. The limited staff we dealt with were pleasant and friendly. Room was clean and tidy and breakfast and evening meal was ok. The location of our twin room was bizarre and very difficult to access. Up the lift to the first floor walk around all the corridors then back down 2 flights of stairs back down to the ground floor. Not ideal with reduced mobility and carrying luggage. Asked to change but said that’s where the twin rooms were. The room itself was clean and tidy but with a shower over bath rather than a walk in. On arrival at restaurant was told despite booking a time there was no tables and would need to eat in the bar area. Went through and it was awful literally everything was sticky and an odd atmosphere. We offered to wait until a table became available and were then immediately shown to a free table in the restaurant. Table was no better and everything hands, menus stuck to the tacky table top. We wouldn’t return as nicer premier Inns in the area.

Fantastic time. Few hiccups on check in they seemed to be having problems with the computers. Staff all really friendly and helpful. Room was clean, absolutely spotless. Comfy bed and room was comfortable despite the hot weather. Had breakfast both morning and was a nice selection of food. Evening menu was OK, not the best selection of food but the food was cooked well and was tasty.

The exterior is in desperate need of renovation. Hygiene from the kitchen area to the tacky table top sadly lacking. Deep fried sausages were black and bacon was hard to cut. Hours of waiting to book in as staff not authorised to take payment. Same in the bar. The rooms were comfortable and clean

Lovely spacious room, supplied a fan which was perfect for the hot weather this week. Staff were helpful & friendly, especially Anuja & Macy. They both went above & beyond. Especially liked Macy’s wine recommendation, a new favourite! I’d happily come again.

The rooms were very clean and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food and service in the adjoining brewers fayre restaurant was good. The location is ideal, as you are fairly close to Chester, Deeside, and Ellesmere Port. The car park is large and has multiple CCTV cameras. I will be returning again in July.
