Spencer was the most accommodating host I have ever had at a B&B. We felt like we had known him all our lives. Each breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared. If you go to Provincetown, the Inn on Cook Street should be your home away from home.

EVERYTHING was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! Spencer, the host, was genuine and thoughtful throughout our stay. He happily greeted us when we arrived and helped us with our luggage. The room was incredible and every detail allowed for a wonderful stay for all travelers. The room had an extremely comfortable bed, cold water in the mini fridge, sound machine, Bluetooth speaker, tv, desk, sitting area and beautiful decor. The outside deck space allowed for a relaxing morning of drinking coffee. Spencer cooked a delicious breakfast every morning! He also provided great recommendations and always checked in on us! We would stay here over and over again!

We found our way to the Inn at Cook Street through their wonderful reviews and it more than exceeded our expectations. The Inn is located in a quiet neighborhood but is just a short walk from the lively center of town. Our cozy room had its own outdoor private seating area overlooking a koi pond fed by a tiny waterfall that provided a continuous soothing white noise. Spencer, the innkeeper, went out of his way to make our stay an enjoyable experience including jump starting our car on day one so we wouldn’t lose valuable vacation time waiting for AAA. He also fixed us a different, Michelin-star worthy breakfast each morning. Homemade granola and muesli, sourdough pancakes, carrot-cashew muffins, ginger scones, French omelets, shakshuka, fresh fruit and damn good coffee. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you Spencer!

Spencer and his team at the Inn at Cook Street were absolutely fantastic. He was so welcoming and helpful and the breakfast each day was homemade and spectacular. The room were clean, large and had all the best amenities. We were a large group and the backyard was the perfect gathering spot for dinner. As for the location, it was quiet and in the perfect location to town. We loved our stay and I highly recommend it!!

One of the best Holiday-Locations one can dream of! Warm welcoming atmosphere thanks to Spencer and Talullah! The Location is perfect: within walking distance from P-Towns Center, but far enough from there for quiet peaceful surroundings. Breakfast was to die for (Spencer also considered dietary constrictions)! Spencer also went out of his way to secure a table at one of the best dining spots in P-Town, when there were no reservations open to make a special day even more great! Big plus also: a parking space - in P-Town not a given. Room was comfortable, open, bright, clean and even had a fireplace! Thank you Spencer for a great time!

We had a fantastic stay at the Inn at Cook Street! Spencer provided the best hospitality, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Every morning, we enjoyed wonderful food that truly started our day off right. The rooms were clean and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this inn for anyone looking for a cozy getaway with exceptional service! P.S. Hugs Talula 🐾.

What can we say about the utterly wonderful Inn at Cook Street and the equally wonderful Spencer? Honestly one of the most welcoming inns we have ever stayed at. From arrival to departure (which we didn’t want to do!) we felt so at home and comfortable. Our room was very spacious and super cosy. We were in perfect walking distance on the main area of Provincetown. Most importantly - the breakfast that Spencer magically created each morning. Home roasted granola, home baked breakfast scones, plum bake, yoghurt and the most delicious egg dishes I have honestly ever tasted. I think Spencer sprinkles a little bit of love on each breakfast he creates. And let’s not forget all done with the lovely Talulah watching carefully from the sitting room - the true VIP of the Inn, a fabulous little pup with a big personality.

Spencer is brilliant! From the moment we arrived, greeted by the scent of warm cookies, a sweet little fluffy pup, and our smiling host, it felt like we arrived at a home away from home. Location is perfect. A lovely stroll to shops and the ocean. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, breakfasts are the best we have experienced at an Inn nationally or internationally and Spencer’s charm and kind, welcoming energy makes this Inn a must experience. We will surely be making our stay here a tradition!
