We booked this through TUI as we wanted a relaxing stress free holiday and that’s exactly what we got. We arrived and were greeted by warm friendly staff who checked us in and we went straight to our room. Our room overlooked the swimming pool and was clean, spacious and excellently located. The breakfast at this hotel was one of the best we’ve had! The choice, the presentation and the quality were faultless. There were a choice of swimming pools which were to a high standard and clean and acqua aerobics 3 times a week by a very funny and motivating instructor! The spa faculties were fantastic too. The outside pools had a conveniently located bar which refreshments were available to be purchased throughout the day. All the staff here were welcoming but especially Elena! At dinner time there was an antipasto buffet which again was excellent and the menu for primo and secondo changed daily. All staff again were very attentive but especially Lara who we had a few times. My birthday fell a few days into the holiday and I was surprised to find birthday balloons in my room and at dinner they made it extra specially. The holiday was one of the best we’ve had. The hotel impressive and all staff very welcoming and helpful. Room cleaned everyday and nothing too much trouble. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

We stayed at this hotel on the 17th of July for 10 days , and we booked through Tui. I read loads of reviews online. I can confirm this hotel is fabulous. The pool is fantastic. Also, our room was a large comfort room with a large private balcony .The food in the hotel is of the highest standard, a standard I've not seen in many 5 star hotels. You must try the tomato soup if it's offered one night .At breakfast, we had a huge choice of the highest quality. The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean , and the staff are amazingly courteous and helpful at dinner. we had Lara quite a few times in charge of our table. Lara is very efficient and very funny. Other staff we got to know were Lorenzo, a great guy great with kids .Daniel is in charge of the main bar at night he's knowledgeable and good fun, as are all the staff, including the girls who run the pool bar . I could go on forever ,just book and go enjoy

I spent two weeks here. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to make this a wonderful holiday. Gorgeous breakfast with plenty of choice. Pools were very clean and plenty of sunbeds. Simple snacks available at small cafe by the pools. Excellent location as a ten minute walk along the lake to the ferry at Cizano or 20 minute walk to Bardolino. Supermarket close by. Two beautiful restaurants very nearby were L’Unico, and family run Piccolo Doge, which I would highly recommend! The Piccolo Doge is 10 minutes walk and is on the lakeside where you can see the beautiful sunsets. All in all an amazing hotel in a beautiful location.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff can’t do enough for you. Free taxi into Bardolino is a great touch. The food was great. The spa is amazing, especially when it rained… The only downside is the bar. Table service is extremely slow. More staff required. All in all we would definitely go back.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! We truly had the most wonderful experience, everything about the hotel was first class. The service and facilities were incredible. A special mention to Carla, Sara & Danilo who really went above and beyond! The food was delicious and so was the wine! Just a short walk from the lake and a lovely stroll to Bardolino. The spa facilities were truly amazing too! We cannot wait to come back and stay at the hotel again.

We had a wonderful holiday. The rooms are good and the outdoor pools and garden a delight We were on half-board. Fantastic and safe food! I am allergic to among other gluten, dairy and garlic and the staff was very attentive. Highly recommended.

A lovely hotel situated on the main lakeside road leading to the town of Garda and beyond approx one kilometre from the town centre.The facilities and accommodation are excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful .However, I was very disappointed with the choice and quality of meals offered in the evening. Small portions with very few or no vegetables .One main course consisted of 62 degree Eggs another two small pieces of Swordfish with no sauce. "Cheek of Beef" was also on offer ,hardly a four/five star dish. i would not recommend half board .If visiting the area again I would return but only on a B/B basis .There are several restaurants in close proximity to this hotel

A lovely hotel, it's exterior doesn't do it justice. A little difficult to navigate the different levels and what's where. We were in an annex a little distance from the hotel, we would have appreciated knowing this before we arrived, it was ok but on a couple wet blustery days it wasn't pleasant. Lovely indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor jacuzzi is large and really good. The breakfast is excellent, super choice of everything! It's a good 20 minute walk into Bardolino, but V scenic along the lake edge, and Bardolino is just beautiful and buzzing. We priced a taxi one wet morning €25 for 2 of us. We took the provided umbrellas and walked!!!

Having just returned from a 4 night stay at the hotel, I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone. From the moment we checked in and the front desk staff including Giada, Sonia, Elena and Matteo who have perfect English language skills, were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar staff including Davide and Danilo were also very welcoming and friendly. Alongside all the other staff members whose names I didn't get unfortunately. I would also like to thank the housekeeping staff who were very friendly and kept our room extremely clean and tidy. The hotel is situated conveniently next to Lake Garda in the town of Bardolino where you can walk into the centre of town in about 25 minutes. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus service into Bardolino which you have to pre book the day before. The driver is called Blessing and he is a good guy! Being based in Bardolino there is the opportunity to go the city of Verona. There are local bus services which the front desk staff can help you with. However as a treat to my mother we used a private driver called Alberto who has connections with the hotel. He is very friendly and gave us advice for when in Verona and I would thoroughly recommend his services. The restaurant offers some decent menu options but I feel that this could be improved upon with the variety on offer. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to my friends, family and colleagues and if I were to visit Italy again I would happily stay at this hotel again. Thank you to every concerned for providing a wonderful experience and I wish you all the very best for the future.
