KKandeyExcellent facilities, VERY clean, the place looks exactly like the photo. It is very modern and quite close to the town. Very quiet at night so easy to sleep, check in and check out was very easy, codes to open all the doors. If you have a late flight you can still book this place as it is code entry. The person that cleans the place is very friendly and approachable. The only negative is that the check out time is a bit early but you can speak to the staff and see what they can do. There is a nice little balcony to sit outside. I would definitely stay here again.

CColormasterThe hotel is located in the city center, under the castle wall of Castlefranco. The front desk gentleman is very friendly and free luggage storage. Breakfast is rich, optional in the outdoor sun room, adjacent to the city wall with a long history, very beautiful mood.

WWanderer S.LThe lady at the front desk faced a whole row of people who wanted to check in, but her smile and service were still very good. She used a password to check in without a key card. The cathedral is on the corner and the nearby streets and alleys are where businesses, restaurants and people gather. The location is quite good. Yes, it's just that the heating and hot water in the room are not hot enough because they are centrally controlled. It's a pity that I can't take a hot shower in this weather.

SSanjayGood hotel - as you would expect from a Hilton Brand. Rooms are large and beds and bedding are comfortable. The hotel's corridors need a refurb or clean up.
Negative point - the cleaning staff do not replace water / tea / coffee etc... Needed to call reception to get this.
Location is an issue is you don't have a car. There is no public transport nearby, no shops or restaurants that you can walk to. Nearest shops / restaurants are 8 mins drive.

GGuest UserA very beautiful hotel. Rooms are very big and so is the bed and comfortable. However one downfall was that the room did not have tea and coffee making facilities. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The bar is great and the restaurant and food excellent. We loved it here.

PPatrick22The hotel was clean and the rooms were large, the breakfast was also included in the price which made the price worth it. The service was also decent and the staff were really warm and nice.

LLonelyLukaHotel really clean, but the rooms could use some renovating, there was a lot of wear, was expecting the room to be more up to date since it has 4 stars. There was also no ceiling lamp, only on the side of the wall and the room was really dim. Breakfast was ok nothing fancy (there were no cooked dishes like scrambled eggs, only boiled ones).

Clean rooms (I got an extra one on site).
I understand that they receive a large number of people every day and the turnover is high: as a point of improvement I might suggest to provide ceramic mugs instead of paper glasses in the room. I am sure that, if asked, they would probably have replaced them.
Silent rooms despite being quite close to a provincial road.
Nice and pleasant garden.
Very good morning breakfast.
Polite and motivated staff.
