Il soggiorno è stato indimenticabile, lo staff molto gentile e sempre a disposizione. La colazione ottima e abbondante, non per ultimo il panorama mozzafiato.

Location meravigliosa e servizio al top. Ristorante con offerta un pò scarsa rispetto alle aspettative.

One of the best spa experiences. Breathtaking views. Visited as part of 5 hour wellness spa break. The location is one of the best, visited in March with snow capped mountain views. Snacks offered throughout the stay. Well equipped changing rooms with make up remover, but E and Shea body creams, hair dryer and hair straightener. Lockers offer slippers and dressing gowns. A happy hour runs from 4pm can benefit if you happen to be there during the visit. Very relaxing and thermal water is magical. Would recommend and would visit again.

The SPA experience fell far short of expectations. The intense overcrowding completely destroyed any chance of relaxation. Considering the hotel's premium pricing, the exclusive access for guests (limited to one hour, 8:30-9:30 AM) offered negligible value. Unless early morning exclusivity is crucial for you, I strongly advise seeking alternative accommodations and purchasing a day pass or hourly SPA access. The overall experience simply didn't justify the hotel's cost.

We spent five (3) nights in the historic Hotel Bagni Vecchi di Bormio during our trip to Bormio. The rooms are well-appointed with an array of amenities and several types of robes and slippers. After a day of hiking, sightseeing, or biking, the hotel offers a first-class spa offering an array of services including a wonderful steam room, outdoor pool, roman baths and much more! The spa and hotel are absolutely beautiful. We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. The spa facilities are immaculate and varied and never felt crowded. Our room was comfortable and spacious. There are lots of lovely touches such as the spa toiletries in the room and the included aperitif (free flowing prosecco and nibbles). The only slight drawback for us was the evening restaurant- the food was richer than we were looking for and a little bit pricey. But this did not detract overall from an excellent stay.

This hotel is all about their spa services. We booked a room that offered us access to the thermal path. The large outside pool overlooks the mountains which is breathtaking. The many heated baths and saunas are very enjoyable. The main reason to stay here would be for those services. If you want something to eat other than what is offered at the hotel restaurant, you'll need to drive into Bormio. Parking is okay in that area. Most everything you might want to do will require you to drive to it.

Very nice facility and view but not enough attention is given to the hotel portion with very little staff. The parking is extremely difficult to find and in a very tight space. They should have a vallet service given the difficulty. Also, lunch and dinner are not very good.

What a magical place this was. My wife and I got to stay here for a night on our anniversary trip through Italy and I wish we would have stayed longer. The various areas to explore were really interesting. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was very comfortable.
