Hotel le Terrazze

This was the third time we have been to Amalfi Coast but the first time we have stayed in this area. I am so happy I found this hotel - we absolutely loved it here ……the location, the rooms, the views, the staff, the breakfasts. The reception team were super helpful and very responsive in advance of our stay with all my questions and request for help, I also requested a particular room months in advance, and whilst of course they said they couldn’t guarantee this, it was the room we got on arrival, as well as being able to check in early. The personal touches, the thought that has gone into this hotel, and the service levels here, are fantastic. If you are looking at booking in this area, look no further, you have found the perfect place.

Exceptional hotel with phenomenal staff. The views are to die for and there really isn't anything the staff can't or won't do for you. Parking is available for an additional fee. They also have the most amazing personalised breakfasts on their terrace. Beds/pillows are really comfy and perfect air con although we slept with the doors open - I mean that view - why wouldn't you?!?!?!?!

This was our third visit to Hotel Le Terrazze and we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Machello and his wonderful staff. As expected, the spectacular ocean front views from our extended balcony were spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed the full breakfast each morning and exceptional service provided from the restaurant team. Front desk staff, Monica and Annarita were always available to provide assistance and sell us bus tokens so we could explore Sorrento, Minori and Maiori. Thanks once again Machello for the welcome gifts and fantastic return visit. This is our favorite place to stay in Amalfi and we are looking forward to returning next year.

From the minute I made our reservation the owner Marcello was wonderful, he was happy to give me advise on anything I needed to know to make our trip more enjoyable. Our room was much bigger than I expected, very spacious, super clean and decorated in typical mediterranean style, just to put you in the right mood for your holiday. What was quite exceptional is that our towels were replaced every day plus you dont need to travel with beach towels they very kindly offer beach towels for the duration of your stay. Plus , how often have i stayed in hotels where your coffee , tea or water never gets refilled , but at La Terrazza everything is refilled every single day. Gorgeous , gorgeous views from all the rooms and in my opinion on one of the most special places in the whole of the amalfi coast. We tackled the 200 odd steps early every morning for a swim at the small Conce dei marini beach, which was an amazing way to start our day. After which we then feasted on a breakfast alla Marcello and Emilia style. Delicious choices on the menu, so make sure you hungry for breakfast. The hotel boasts a huge terrace with even more breathtaking views,a wonderful way to relax with a sundowner served by Marcello personally. They give you great recommendations of restaurants close by so it is no issue that the hotel doesnt offer dinner. If I visit Amalfi again , i will not even look for another hotel. Le Terrazze stole my heart.

This was our second trip to this wonderful hotel. All of the employees were extremely friendly and professional. We loved the very delicious breakfast and evening meals. The front desk team were always willing to assist with each and every request. The owner, Marchello and his family were the perfect host. Looking forward to next year’s visit.

This hotel is something special. Being in Conca dei Marini in the Amalfi Coast of Italy it has a few things that are worth mentioning. A parking place! Maybe not that easy to get in and out, but completely feasible (if you are going to drive in the Amalfi Coast rent the smallest car that can be useful for you. You'll thank me). Second, a beach at walking distance. OK, you have to go down around two hundred steps (and for returning climb back the two hundred steps). We are past seventy, healthy, and could do it without problems. The beach is very nice and you can rent there recliners and an umbrella for shade. There are three beach restaurants and we had lunch twice there and it was good! The beach gets the shadow of the cliff past 2 PM in September, so go in the morning. Wearing something on your feet to get in the water is great because the bottom is stony. The hotel is white and blue, The rooms are white, luminous, clean, simple but comfortable and the bathroom has everything you may need. When you open the shutters that take you to your private terrace you can't believe the beauty. The white walls, the blue sky, the blue sea...The breakfast is excellent. In the evenings you can drink something and have a light snack in the terrace. The staff is amazing. They made as feel as if they knew us for a long time. Monica and her colleagues were incredibly helpful and kind. And you'll see Marcello, the owner working with his staff, waiting tables at breakfast, answering questions at the front desk and supervising everything. If we go again to the Amalfi Coast we won't look elsewhere. Beautiful, charming and comfortable.
