There are gas stations around, and a Coop supermarket is a 6-minute drive away, where you can buy fruit and drinking water. Positive points: Beautiful, sympathetic hotel in the middle of a beautiful environment. Spacious and air-conditioned rooms, large pool with bar. Negative points: Breakfast buffet is not very varied, as well as the meals offered in the restaurant. When I was there was a group of boys like colony that sometimes missed a little calm because their activities outside the night when it wasn't bad. But we are generally satisfied.

Overall it is good, the room is spacious and not crowded at all, and the bathroom is quite large. The heating in the room is adequate, so you have to lower the temperature when you come in. Breakfast is charged separately, not particularly rich, there are many types of bread but no leafy greens, and coffee is exquisite. There is a free pizza map in the shop, there is a free parking lot, open air but very safe. Drive to the Leaning Tower of Pisa in less than ten minutes.
