Hotel Caesar Palace

We stayed here for 10days as a family of 5. Our first time visiting Sicily. The hotel is very traditionally Italian and very authentic hotel. some reviews say’s it’s old fashioned, but it’s a beautiful Italian hotel with lovely grounds. Staff are very welcoming and friendly and it’s spotlessly clean. The food was plentiful and a good variety of options including fresh pastries and great coffee. We will definitely return.

Let me be clear, really enjoyed stay here and vast majority of experience was great. There are a few downsides but they are minor. Hotel is clean, 15 minute walk from the beach, great staff, rooms are spacious. For what we paid thought what was offered was exactly as expected if not better. Pool is lovely little sun trap which you can relaxing spend all day at. Taormina is a small bus ride away and offers such amazing food and experiences that the 3 euro return bus ticket, should be taken up. The food on offer was always good quality especially in the pizza restaurant by the pool. All in all couldn’t fault it really, there were a couple of bits that didn’t suit us but would go back again. Minor Downsides There was definitely a feel this was more aimed at the mature couple clientele rather than families. Not that that was an issue as we explored the area, but entertainment in off season was talented guy playing same songs on piano. God forbid you jump in the pool, understand the no diving signs but even jumping in when no one was near by was deemed a no no. Multiple kids and parents were told off when most time pool was empty. Food was generally repetitive, which wasn’t an issue for us, but some may want more. That said there was always at least 1 new to try. If you do want to try other things, there are multiple great restaurants in the town. We were unlucky to have neighbours who spoke very loudly. There were occasions this could be heard in our room, as there was no air conditioning (out of season) then this just kept me awake at times alongside the heat. All in all, good hotel, great staff and a few minor complaints but wouldn’t put me off returning.

Nice friendly hotel in the middle of town. I didn’t get out much from the hotel as couldn’t walk far from hotel, but it suited me. Nice pool, aqua gym in the mornings. Food good but a bit repetitive. Spotlessly clean. I would definitely return to see round the surrounding area.

Whether it was engaging games, relaxing sessions, or invigorating sports, the team ensured that there was never a dull moment. Their enthusiasm and energy were truly infectious, making each day exciting and fun. The reception staff were equally impressive. They were always available to answer any questions we had and handled any issues promptly and efficiently. Their helpfulness and friendliness made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The culinary team deserves a special mention for the fantastic food they provided. Each meal was a culinary delight, offering a variety of dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The chefs clearly put a lot of effort into ensuring that every guest enjoyed their dining experience. **Room for Improvement** While the staff's efforts were exemplary, there were a few areas where the hotel could improve. Some aspects of the hotel were not well-maintained, such as the hairdryer in our room, which was not in the best condition. Additionally, there were minor issues like towels having holes. However, whenever we brought these concerns to the staff's attention, they were quick to address and rectify the problems, which we greatly appreciated. **Behavior of Some Guests** Unfortunately, not all guests were as considerate. Some seemed to misuse the all-inclusive nature of the hotel, behaving disrespectfully by piling their plates excessively and wasting food without regard for others. Additionally, some parents failed to supervise their children, leading to incidents like littering in the pool area. **Final Thoughts** Despite these minor drawbacks, our overall experience at the Caesar Palace Hotel was satisfying. The dedication and hard work of the staff truly made our stay enjoyable. We chose this hotel because it has shuttle bus to the beach and free beach access with beach equipment. It has 2 or 3 swimming pools, all are without heating. But it is sun-beds and umbrellas . The hotel is green and it has a lot of places for good fotos. Rooms are with terraces and it is an electric kettle in it. It is a bus stop near the hotel and you can come to Catania or Taormina, where are intensive night life. If you traveling with children, it is a huge supermarket in 2 minutes near the hotel. In the evening it is an advertisement in the lobby. We chose good balance between price and conveniences, and we were happy with this hotel.

Good balance price/services. We liked this hotel very much. Room with terrace was super. It was good - free hotel bus to the beach and free beach entrance and equipment. As well, it is municipal bus stop near the hotel and you can go to Catania or Taormina, with intensive night life. If you traveling with children, they have electric kettle in room. As well, it is a huge supermarket in 2 minutes near the hotel. Swimming pools are without heating.
