We had five nights at this great hotel in a large well equipped room with a large first floor terrace with table and chairs and sunloungers to catch the evening sun. The pool was lovely with plenty of sun lounges. Several restaurants within a 15 min walk and only 10 mins to Otranto Good breakfast selection. Great value hotel and so pleased we chose to stay there especially with the easy parking

Beautiful B&B in the sunshine We had a fantastic time, the property is beautiful, its swimming pool/ garden area is absolutely perfect. Everything is very well maintained and conveniently located for trips to the beach/ Otranto etc. The hosts are very lovely and helpful. I highly recommend this place, if you want to have a relaxing time, this is the place.

Wonderful Stay! If you are looking for a quiet, family owned B&B look no further. Ana & Piero are wonderful hosts - extremely hardworking and nothing was too much trouble. They were always on hand for anything needed and gave us great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. The accommodation is clean, impeccably maintained and we really enjoyed the garden and the pool. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with various things on offer to suit everyone. The B&B is well located in a lovely village, which has a couple of restaurants & other amenities and is a short 10 min drive to Otranto and a great place from which to explore the Salento region. Can’t wait to go back!

I was in this amazing pension two years ago. When I arrived I was just impressed by this beautiful place. Tastefully furnished. I came back later at least eight times! The quiet, the cleanliness, just what I needed. The sea is only three kilometers away. The food at the restaurants near is just excellent, the best pizzas I have ever eaten in my life. The host and his wife are charming and kind people. They gave me everything I just wanted. The breakfast is homemade and delicious. Thank you very much, obviously I'm coming back.

L'Aia Grande is a lovely B&B in a rural part of Puglia. We booked a larger room overlooking the pool, where we enjoyed watching the birds dive bombing the water. The room was kept nice and clean with a good supply of toiletries. Pierangelo and his wife were excellent hosts who were happy to help with recommendations for good, local restaurants to eat at and places to visit. Both were extremely kind and helpful and went out of their ways to do what they could for you. The breakfasts that they supplied were amazing with a great variety of food including cakes, breads, fruit + yoghurts. It was a great chance to try out some of the local goodies. This is a quiet area of Italy and you do need a car to get around, in order to visit the larger towns and cities or beaches. Despite the week starting with rain, we had a wonderful time and want to thank both Pierangelo and Anna for a great stay!

The owners were so helpful and attentive. It is a small B&B so you really get the personal touch almost like staying with friends. The pool area is beautiful and there are enough sun beds for everyone; even in the peak season of July it was a tranquil place to relax. They have covered car parking bays which were much appreciated in the hot summer days.Aia Grande is situated within walking distance to Casamasella, a small traditional town with some dining options and the larger town of Uggiano la Chiesa. Breakfasts were a treat with regional dishes and homemade produce from the fruit trees in the garden.

Location bellissima a due passi da Otranto e da tutte le spiaggie più belle del Salento. Immersa nel verde si gode di pace e tranquillità. Bellissima la piscina con tutta la zona circostante dove è possibile anche fare l'aperitivo. Ottima la colazione sia dolce che salata. E che dire poi dei proprietari? Un grazie di cuore a Pierangelo e Anna. Sembrava di stare in famiglia. Onnipresenti sia per esaudire tutte le nostre richieste ( vedi i ghiacci ) sia per consigliarci dove andare al mare o dove andare la sera. Di nuovo Grazie di cuore. Alla prossima
