Tagle Hotel Boutique

We had a wonderful stay at the Tagle Hotel. We were able to book a room last min. We chose the balcony room- which was nice to get some fresh air and overlook the street. The staff are very friendly - great service! The area is very safe, with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. The metro is also super close. Everything was clean, staff was attentive - 24 hour front desk and cameras. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Would definitely stay again! We also ate at the restaurant downstairs and it was wonderful!

We stayed at Tagle on 30-31/01/2023. Our arrival was early in the morning and we communicated with the hotel management and asked for early check-in before our arrival. Despite their positive response, we kept waiting until 20 minutes before the check-in time, even though all the rooms were available which we now understand why. They asked us to pay an early check-in fee if we wanted to go into our room any earlier than the regular check-in time despite our communication. Room 16 (run away if you are given that room) had a nasty, disgusting smell coming from the bathroom fan which you cannot turn off, and made the whole room smell like a toilet. The room was extremely small with no proper ventilation other than the window situated right above the roof that you don't feel like keeping open. I question the sanity of the air in the room. We didn't even want to say anything after our first experience, thinking we could be kept waiting for another 4 hours. On the other hand, the location of the hotel was good with its being close to restaurants and transportation. The ladies who worked there and the receptionists were nice, but it didn't change our frustration with the terrible room and whole experience during our short stay.

Small boutique hotel in quiet residental neighbor is a far crybfrom a corp chain..wonderful.breakfasts,helpful staff,an attached restaurat is a plus, reasonable rate ,the down side rooms rather spartan and tho the neighborhood is quiet..it is a bit removed from.downtown

Estou hospedado aqui do dia 27 de agosto de 2024 até o dia 01 de setembro de 2024. Peguei um quarto sozinho, achei legal aqui, o ar condicionado tem a função quente e frio. A localização é boa, e os funcionários são simpáticos, a camareira não quis arrumar meu quarto porque estavam espalhadas minhas coisas

O hotel é excelente, com quarto confortável, cama e chuveiro perfeitos. O restaurante peruano do hotel oferece refeições muito saborosas. A localização é ótima, com fácil acesso a bares, metrô e, em apenas 10 minutos de metrô, ao shopping Costanera. Tudo foi muito satisfatório. Apenas um ponto a melhorar: as cortinas blackout das janelas poderiam ser mais escuras, pois não bloqueiam completamente a luz externa.

Num geral adoramos o hotel e voltaríamos. Único ponto negativo, é que nosso quarto ficava com a janela virada para o restaurante do hotel. E com isso, não podíamos ficar com as cortinas abertas hora nenhuma, alguém te ter um relativo barulho em horários de pico como almoço e jantar. Mas como passamos os dias quase todo fora, nao atrapalhou muito

Desafortunadamente, mi experiencia en este hotel durante un momento de emergencia en mi ciudad fue extremadamente decepcionante. A pesar de que la región estaba en estado de calamidad pública debido a inundaciones y tragedias, el hotel se negó a reembolsar mi dinero por una reserva cancelada. Esta falta de empatía y consideración hacia la situación de emergencia local es inaceptable. No puedo recomendar este lugar a otros viajeros hasta que demuestren una mayor responsabilidad y sensibilidad hacia sus clientes y la comunidad en general. Hagan google de Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil, inundaciones y tengan idea de lo Que pasó.

Hotel pequeño pero muy funcional. Excelente ubicación a una cuadra de Avenida Providencia y de bares de Manuel Montt. Habitación cómoda. Muy bueno el desayuno. Personal muy atento y servicial. Camas cómodas y buena presión de agua en las duchas. Todo estuvo perfecto. Volvería sin dudas

A equipe muito atenciosa, limpeza muito boa, ótimo café da manhã. Quarto com bons travesseiros e colchão confortável. Clima agradável de todos que nos atenderam durante o período que ficamos hospedados. Rua tranquila. Indico para quem tiver em dúvida.
