We stayed here for one night to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony at RISD. The hotel is conveniently located and very clean as its a new facility in the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend people to stay.

Clean, up dated, friendly staff and great location. Hotel doesn’t offer complimentary valet. I definitely recommend!

I drove from New York to Rhode Island to visit the school and stayed in Aloft. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and reminded me that there is free coffee in the morning👍. The room is clean and spacious, full of design sense everywhere. You can choose the hotel's valet parking for $35 or choose to park yourself in the nearby parking lot (many nearby parking lots are around $20). Walking distance to Rhode Island School of Art and Brown. There are not many places to eat nearby, and it will be inconvenient at night, but you can walk to downtown for food during the day. recommend!

The hotel is very new and the facilities are pretty good. The only problem is that we left a party for a few days and it was really too noisy.

The hotel is relatively new and the room space is quite large, but the price seems a bit high

To put it in a more general way: it is a farmhouse in China, and it cannot be called a hotel.

Parking is inconvenient. It is recommended to book a hotel with convenient parking.

Excellent stay. The staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Very clean room with city view as requested. Aloft is one of my favorite places to stay.

The best things were the view, the location, and the morning coffee service in the lobby. The room itself was odd with no bathroom hooks, shelving or towel rods. The bed was made haphazardly and the room darkening shades did not operate independently or very well. Lots of light came through! Not comfortable furniture for sitting. Maid service could have been better. The minimalistic approach did not feel warm or welcoming. It was easy to get around, though.

While the Dean is a lovely boutique hotel, it is not the 4 star accommodations it promises. The room was fine but the bed and linens and facilities were not 4 star levels

Room was great. Front desk was very polite and helpful. The only complaint is that the room I had faced an alley where a garbage truck came around 3:30am nightly to collect from a dumpster. That was loud and did wake me up. So, if you can - request a room facing the opposite way of the alley. 😃
