"We love this hotel! We called them up few days before to confirm the amenities inside our room and also a special request too! They answered our call and sort it out super quick! The location is super convenient, close to airport. Bathroom very clean, beds are comfortable. Air conditioning maintained our room in a perfect temperature. One thing which is not important for everyone, is the dishwasher is leaking water!"

"The whole Australian trip is one of the best apartments, the whole family likes to choose apartments with a larger space, and it is convenient to cook healthy meals for the baby. This one can really say that the details are very good, there are everything you need, small to the plastic film tin paper is provided, the basic seasoning is also available, the kitchen facilities are first-class, and the lobster meal is made! The price is also affordable and the price is very high! highly recommended!"

"Very good place. Kids loves it. Place was big, we love it. We just wish the heater can heat the whole place, but unfortunately, it can only heat (warm) upstairs when its really cold. Also, there’s a strong smell when you open the door, between kitchen and toilet/shower room. Can’t describe the smell, but very strong. Also, if you will need to cook, you must bring your own pan/sauce pan as those ones inside the kitchen cupboard was rusty/old. We don’t mind it for 1 day stay though. We’ll definetely book again, one day 👍 #Room17"

"Fine two bedrooms apartment. I suppose if you are going to the country club, the location is good. It is about 10 min drive from Launceston. The beds were very nice and comfortable. Bathroom was large and very clean."

"I arrived pretty late due to airline delayed(as always) so didn’t have a time to look around the hotel, it looks pretty good inside and there is a pool facility in the hotels. Good breakfast buffet as well."

"Double bed room, each bed is really small. The point is, the room is really small, the bathroom is big but the shower is small, the layout is a bit strange. The room is dimly lit and the air conditioner is not very powerful. The service attitude is very good, and they actively help solve the parking problem. The location is also very good, 500 meters away from the supermarket"

"The opposite of the hotel is very convenient for the big city. The room is fresh and tidy. The restaurant downstairs is very good, there is a drink. The biggest drawback is that the room is on the main road, very noisy, not sleeping well."
