Rooms very clean. Unfortunately small but sufficient. Breakfast rich choice and also delicious. Metro station is 12 minutes away. Unfortunately a little outside. But still recommend.

We arrived at the hotel at 7 o'clock in the morning. We were not able to check in, but the hotel allowed us to store our luggage. The lobby environment is good and the service attitude is also very good. The room was tidy, but overall it was old. The toilet had many broken and moldy places. The shape of the hairdryer was such that I didn't know it was a hairdryer at first. There is a shopping mall near the hotel and a subway station. It takes 30 minutes to get to the city.

The room is simple, clean and hygienic. The only thing that dissatisfied me was that the cleaning staff came into the room without knocking. When he saw me in the room, he didn't say anything and just left. The counter staff are friendly. During this period, I had to borrow a conference room. The manager also arranged to provide drinks and juices, all free of charge.

Location is great, easy to get to downtown area and away from the noisy area, it’s the best of both. Despite some minor issues with the room, it got resolved quickly and professionally. Staff is very friendly, especially the manager David who has gone extra miles to help us during our stay. Bed is very comfortable, shower has good pressure. Breakfast is great, lots of choices, we only had dinner there one night and it was really good. We like Prague a lot and will definitely return to stay in this hotel.

It's not close to the central tourist spot in Prague, but Prague is not big enough. Breakfast was good and I think the room I stayed in was a bit dark. However, when I entered the room, I felt good because there was a welcome paper with my name. I went around here and there because I was a subway station 3-4 minutes walk away !!
