I booked a deluxe king-size bedroom with a view, but I was disappointed with the view that i paid extra for. So i think theres is not a big difference between room with view and without. Other than that, room is comfortable and nice. Location is good.

The room is fantastic, very comfy, well designed, outstanding decor, super clean and great location. We stayed 3 nights and felt like home. The only complaint is the restaurant service at ZEM. We had dinner there one night. My boyfriend pre-ordered a birthday cake and requested to bring in after the main course. However despite he requested a few times. The server still didn’t bring to our table. The bill was also taking forever and missed charging the cake. And we had to wait again. We had breakfast there again the next morning, the lady server was not friendly at all. The food at the restaurant was great only the service needs big improvement given this hotel is a 5 Stars hotel.

Well located and modern hotel in central Prague within the old town, would recommend to friends and family.

Terrible customer support, a gentleman Andrei should not be working at such a nice hotel like this. Worst experience, rudest customer support I have ever encountered in my life.

房間非常舒適，兩個大行李箱打開完全沒有問題，細節拉滿，遇到老婆生日還送來生日祝福和蛋糕… 交通便利，樓下就是公交車站，離火車站也非常方便👍，酒店早餐豐富，值得再次入住

這是我住過全世界最好的安達仕酒店 環境：離古城就是1公里以內的距離，火葯塔出門就是。周遭環境很好，還有一些餐廳，咖啡店，日式拉麪店。 設施：定的房間小了那麼一點，不過整個酒店滿滿的設計感，很出片。健身房沒有窗户，顯得逼仄了一點，器械少了一點。 早餐：早餐是半自助➕點單的模式，住了四天吃了個遍，顏值和口味品質都在線。完全不需要去網紅brunch。 服務：服務很熱情，有求必應。一樓就有咖啡機，可以自己打咖啡。 整體來説，是我住過全世界最好的安達仕。來布拉格的話，強烈推薦入住。

非常好的地理位置 服務態度很好，前台可以幫忙打印，健身房也很大，房間內的設施很新而且有設計感，早飯極其推薦！

어떤 리뷰도 필요 없을 정도로 안다즈가 안다즈 함. 웰컴 드링크부터 호텔 위치, 인테리어, 조식(대박 추천) 등 어느 하나도 맘에 안드는게 없었다.

신행 마지막 날 묵었습니다! 조식,,소문대로 완벽하고 프론트 남자 직원분 정말 친절합니다.(머리카락 묶으신) 3시 체크인인데 1시도 안돼서 해주시고 허니문이라고 축하한다는 문구가 담긴 초콜릿이 올라간 과일 담긴 접시도 선물해 주셨어요 최고,,,🥰 프론트 직원분도 그렇고 조식 웨이터 직원분들도 긴 영어 문장은 알아서 번역기 돌려서 보여주십니다,,감동이었어요 룸컨디션이야 말 할 것도 없고 살짝 좁나? 싶지만 그런거 잊을만큼 편안했어요 돈 좀 더 쓰고 업그레이드 할 걸 그랬어요 다음에 오면 연박해야겠어요ㅠ 암튼 강추합니다!

位置極佳酒店設施安排房間整潔設計都有心思及有設計感

酒店很新，位置很好，出行很方便，離火車站很近，步行十分鐘，酒店服務很熱情周到，餐廳的晚餐很棒，早餐也很好，訂了兩間房安排在同一個樓層方便了兩個孩子

房間很乾凈，前台服務態度特別好，很仔細的和我們介紹了酒店的設施，和各項服務。門口的大叔幫我們行李送到房間，還掛好了衣服。物有所值。

酒店餐廳工作人員很熱情 ，早餐很好吃。 攜程訂酒店要求那邊如果酒店可以看到就更好了，説了是蜜月旅行想房間佈置一下，回饋給我的是完全沒收到消息呢
