EA Hotel Populus

Room was dirty,The hallway was so creepy, Dirty sheets, shower was broken and impossible to use to wash my Hair. There were two stink bug walking on my bed. Around 10pm I went downstairs to the reception asking for another room,I explained all the issues and the guy instead to say "sorry about that", he just said "I'm not a cleaner, there are no room available",and then I asked him "if I leave now can I have refund?", he said "absolutely not". I went in my room, I moved all the forniture and under the mattress there was a sewing needle. I just wanted to run away.

I had a good stay at hotel Populus. Cleanliness, etc all OK. Location not optimal but OK.

Věry nice pláče shops Are around here bus stop Is near room Is clean And safety Aš a home 😁

Not at all recommended. The only good thing was the reception staff was polite and kind. The hotel doesn't follow the basic standard cleaning of rooms.

I did not enjoy my stay here during the summer. Firstly, while yes there is a bus station close by it’s still in a quiet area and feels far away from everything. I did also not understand how the AC system worked as it did not work to help mediate the hot weather. I found the shower broken and just lying on the bathtub floor. The room had insects as well. My trip has to be cut short due to all of these factors. If these things do not faze you, you might like it. They did have plenty of windows.

The breakfast was good with great variety. As for the room, it was clean and decent.

Hotel location was good.

It is not clean, and same like picture in trip com

Clean spacious rooms with comfy beds. Bathroom was nice with everything I could have needed. The two central radiators were really efficient at keeping the room warm. Staff were also friendly. Good location easily accessible on foot or on the 133 bus line.
