Ulasan Green Garden Hotel

We just stayed for a week at the Green Garden Hotel. The Superior Double room we had was very comfortable and the bed in particular was of a high standard. The breakfast offering was very good as well. A very large mixture of food meant that everyone would have something they liked. The staff were lovely too and couldn't do enough to help. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Prague.

My partner and I booked to stay for 3 days for a birthday celebration in mid March this year. We found the hotel fabulous, very luxurious. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke great English. The food was delicious and the dining area really pretty. The bedroom had gorgeous decor and the bed was huge.

Just arrived home from a 4 day break staying at The Green Garden. The hotel is lovely. Stayed in room 502 which has great views of the city and castle. Hotel is spotlessly clean with all necessary amenities such as kettle and mini bar. Provided with tea and coffee although this seems to always be earl grey (reception had a good stock of English breakfast). Hotel is close to tram stop. Go right through the subway and a 2 min walk - this is such an easy way to explore the city and far better than taxis). Lots of good restaurants around. I had the best pizza ever at Johnny's pizza which is 3 mins walk away. Breakfast at the hotel is good although I could comment on the hot stuff as I stuck to continental. I could not fault the staff or hotel. I will definitely stay again

My partner and I stayed here last week with our 5 month old baby and had a wonderful time! The hotel is exceptionally clean and the rooms are very spacious and well-equipped (they even supplied a travel cot for our little one at no extra charge!). The staff were extremely friendly and the place is within walking distance to many of the main attractions of the city. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value and comfortable stay in Prague!

Really good hotel. We have just returned to the UK after a very pleasant 4 night stay at this family run hotel. We were booked for bed and breakfast , we did have one evening meal in the hotel which you get a 10% off voucher being a guest . The meal was excellent . The breakfasts were fantastic, great choices of cereals , porridge , cold meats , cheeses , croissants and bread also a nice choice of fruit . However the best was the full hot breakfast which included bacon , fried eggs ,scramled eggs , 2 types of sausages, beans ect . Also they had bread for making toast, butter and soft cheeses . The staff in the breakfast room were very pleasant and were keeping an eye on the amounts of food on display , replenishing it when needed . The rooms were spotlessly clean, and very quiet. The shower and bathroom were also immaculate . We turned the radiator off in the main room at night as it was quite warm. No sound from outside noise unless you opened the window . The hotel is situated in a great place , very close to Wenceslass Square with lots of modern shops, from where you can walk down to the old town . Also just a few mins walk to the tram stop. We used it to go up to the castle and walked back down . Tram tickets can be bought in a tobacco shop or down the steps into the metro station. We would especially like to comment on all of the staff on reception including Hanka( for lots of advice ) and Oxana , also a mention to Andrea for replying to my email question before we left the UK within1 hour of me sending it . A mention to the staff working in the bar area also , great service Well done to everyone at this great hotel .

My husband and I have just returned from a 3 night stay at The Green Garden Hotel. We can not fault it at all. The room (203)was clean and overlooked the square. Bathroom was immaculate! The staff were all very friendly and gave tips on where was the best places to visit-receptionists and bar staff deserve an extra mention. We had dinner on our first night which was tasty. There was plenty of choice for breakfast , the hot food could’ve been abit warmer is about the only criticism we can make. The hotel is quite a walk to the main areas but there were buses and trams nearby. All in all a great place to stay.

Lovely hotel close to the metro station IP. Pavlova where there were underground trains buses and trams. Staff were helpful and explained how to buy the transport tickets and which trams went to the tourist destination. The room was very comfortable, and the restaurant had a good selection of local food. The bar was well stocked with local drinks and cocktails. Our flights arrived early and our room was ready when we got there and our flights home were late evening and the hotel let us leave the luggage in the luggage room. Breakfast was extensive. The hotel lived up to its green garden name as lots of plants in the public rooms. Lots of shops and restaurants close to the hotel. Had a great stay

Excellent hotel, everything was perfect during our stay, friendliness of staff, delicious breakfast, spacious room. Further we really enjoyed luxury private sauna area. Would not hesitate to come back!

Lovely hotel,not a far walk from the main square or there is a hop on hop off bus stop 5mins away if that. We enjoyed every min of our stay. Nice little bar,staff were lovely,only had breakfast but that was wellnice,abit of everything for everyone. Would definitely recommend staying here.

My husband & I stayed for 4 enjoyable nights in December on a package with Jet 2. We stayed half board & the breakfast & evening meals were excellent quality. Staff friendly & great base. The only issue was the rooms were extremely warm; which I understood many people might like; but we had to open the window to cool down. I have already booked again to return in April with my mum. Looking forward to my return visit.

As we were a group of friends I liked the 3 separated beds, anytime check in and 24h front desk services.

Es war alles in allem sehr gut. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge. Betten waren etwas zu hart (für mich). Wir hatten nur Dusche, keine Badewanne. Aber Sauna und Dampfbad waren ausgezeichnet. Es war für uns persönlich reserviert.😊

This is a good hotel in a nice old building not far from the old town and the main turist attractions in Prague. It is on a busy road but with the windows closed you wouldnt know it. The room we stayed in was a good size. Nice decor but a bit dated and some of the furniture a bit tired and scruffy. The room was quite stuffy and hot even though its winter! We turned the heating off but it was still quite hot and we couldn’t keep the windows open for long because of the noise from the road. The bathroom was average, good shower but small sink area and very little space to store your toiletries. Everything was very clean. Breakfast is good and with lots of options, both sweet/savoury and hot/cold. We also ate at the restaurant a few times a the food was amazing, really tasty and well priced. The hotel also has a sauna i think, but we didnt use it. Overall the hotel could do with a bit of a refurbishment in the rooms, especially as it is rated 4 stars. I think 3 stars is were its at for now but i think it could be improved. Staff were all friendly and very helpful if needed.

Very nice hotel with good location to city center. Restaurant in hotel was delicious! Service from everyone at front desk was excellent! Room was big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast also delicious. I’d definitely recommend this place when in Prague.
