Regatta Hotel Restauracja Spa

We chose this hotel as a family one-night getaway. Since we have two small children, we chose this hotel specifically for the pool and called the night before to make sure everything was open. They told us the jacuzzi was closed but the pool was open, which was okay with us. Upon arrival we were told that the pool is always closed in the afternoon. It's only open in the morning (before check-in) or after 8pm. Also, there weren't enough towels in the bathroom, and when we asked if we could get a couple more, we were told only if we have money... But by far the worst was the VERY VERY DIRTY ROOM. The beds were an atrocity (see pictures). We found a dozen different HAIRS on the STAINED mattress. What hotel doesn't have mattress covers??? It also looked like the floor under the beds hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Everything in the room (remote control etc) was grimy. It would have been bad for even a cheap roadside motel. But for an allegedly 4-Star Hotel that rivals the price of the one of the great hotels in downtown Warsaw...? Never again.

Sehr schönes Hotel am See. Es hat einen eigenen Wellness Bereich und ist ca 30 min vom Zentrum Posen entfernt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit verbindungstür. Das Essen war Mega lecker, habe noch nie so gut gegessen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, der Saal war nur etwas kalt

Jednego wieczoru nie było ciepłej wody w pokoju, tylko letnia. Klimatyzja/ ogrzewanie w pokojach działa bardzo głośno (można obudzić się w nocy). W pokoju 101 łatwo zauważyć dywan w plamach czy prysznic w łazience w kilkutygodniowm osadem. Balkony wydzodzą na parking i ulicę. Na moim balkonie były papiery i odchody psa. Telewizor jest tak mały, że nie warto go włączać. Reczniki i szlafroki strasznie szorstkie i w żółtych plamach, nadają się do wymiany. W basenie woda jest letnia, rozmiar basenu dużo mniejszy niż na zdjęciach. W saunie nie jest uzupełniana woda do picia po zabiegu, jeden prysznic nie działa, sauna parowa ledwo działa, a szyba ściana szklana pomiędzy basenem a sauną nie była myta od roku. Brak muzyki w strefie spa, recepcja nie pozwala puszczać ze względu na pokój do masażu w pobliżu. Bar w hotelu to wyspa naprzeciwko wejścia i obok recepcji, brak intymności plus cały czas mijają Cię osoby wchodzące i wychodzące - siedzisz wzdłuż holu. Przez trzy dni śniadanie było codziennie jednakowe, jak na koszt 50zł od osoby to lepiej iść do resturacji. Widok z restauracji na sklep Lewiatan i ulicę, zupełnie inne niż na stronie. Jedyny plus to obsługa, recepcjonista pomocny, Pani porządkowa uprzejma, a obsługa w restauracji miła. Do Centrum Poznania jest 30min, droga to hotelu jest robiona wręcz szkoda auta. W okolicy nie ma restauracji, knajpy, nic ciekawego. To moja pierwsza opinia, musiałam ją wystawić, ponieważ za takie pieniądze mogłam wybrać Sheraton w centrum Poznania, może mniej nowoczesny wystrój ale standard dużo lepszy. *Dodatkowo basen i sauna jest dostępna dla osób z zewnątrz, dużo lokalnych osób przychodziło z dziećmi... Tragedia. One evening there was no hot water in the room, just lukewarm. Air conditioning / heating in rooms is very loud (you can wake up at night). In room 101, it is easy to see a carpet in stains or a shower in the bathroom with a few weeks of sediment. The balconies overlook the parking lot and the street. There were papers and dog droppings on my balcony. The TV is so small that it is not worth turning it on. The towels and bathrobes are terribly co**** and stained with yellow stains, they must be replaced. The water in the pool is lukewarm, the size of the pool is much smaller than in the pictures. The sauna is not replenished with drinking water after the treatment, one shower is not working, the steam sauna is barely working, and the glass pane of the glass wall between the pool and the sauna has not been washed in a year. No music in the spa area, reception doesn't let you let go because of the massage room nearby. The hotel bar is an island in front of the entrance and next to the reception, no intimacy plus you are always passed by people in and out - you sit along the hall. For three days, breakfast was the same every day, for the cost of PLN 50 per person, it is better to go to a restaurant.
