Having stayed at this hotel before, I arrived to find that the block next door was a construction site. Between 7:30am and 5pm there was alot of construction noise and vibration from heavy equipment. Reception is only open during the day. Also the contact telephone number listed on Trip.com booking information and the hotel’s own website has been disconnected. Room was large and clean. Location is great, very near to subway, cafes, restaurants and bars. Good value except for the noise. 之前住过这家酒店，可是这次到了以后发现隔壁的街区是个建筑工地。在上午 7：30 到下午 5 点之间，重型设备会产生大量的施工噪音和振动。前台仅在白天开放。此外，Trip.com 预订信息中列出的联系电话号码和酒店自己的网站也已断开连接。房间很大很干净。位置很棒，非常靠近地铁、咖啡馆、餐馆和酒吧。除了噪音以外，性价比还不错

Good place, good location, but noisy and not at all like in the picture., very dirty. Broken ceiling closet.,The room smells musty like people smoking in the room.

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was spacious and with clean towels and sheets. The toilet's exhaust fan was not working, we told the reception to have it fixed on Day 1 but no one came. The room was also not cleaned for the entire stay although we asked them to have it cleaned. No other issue with the shower and lighting.
Beware of cockroaches though. And if you have heart conditions, just use the stairs (and don't use the lift).

It is a no frills and great hotel. Close to everything you need and is in the center of everything. The people leaving bad reviews are looking for more than what it basically offers. My sheets were clean and the room was decent. The reviews are very over dramatic.

They are in the mid of renovation when im there, messy everywhere. No towel, no amenities, no drink water and public space are in mess. The bed quite comfy tho.
Location is quite nice, city centre , easy access by bus, many local restaurant, gym, pharmacy and bar around.

The hotel reception is ridiculous. My booking of 3 nights has been confirmed by Trip.com but when we get to the hotel, we were told that they did not have any rooms available for the night and left us hanging.

Great location being a short walk from train station. Manager/owner very accommodating. Very clearly short staffed which required patience but he really did all he good, with one pair of hands and many guests. A little bit of money could be spent on basic repairs in room but i can not complain RE the price and host. Hope he gets some staff and assistance soon though (which can be hard to do in today's employment situation).
