Brilliant service. Extremely kind and helpful employees in the reception. The room was comfortable, and all seemed to be renovated lately. Felt very clean and fresh.

Breakfast was a bit letdown but everything else was good.

Great accommodation for a city trip to Potsdam. Very friendly staff. The bike storage was very good, but the rooms were too warm for our taste and couldn't be regulated.

First of all, we have to say that the room was neat and clean. The breakfast was also fine and the location was great. However: We booked a suite with a city view for 4 days. We got a smaller (mini) suite facing the inner courtyard, which we hadn't realized until then because we were given a "suite" when we checked in. It was only after three days that we realized that we hadn't actually gotten the room we had booked - unfortunately too late. In addition, although we had a small kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and microwave, there were no plates or glasses, which we had to ask about at reception. The hotel says that it doesn't clean the room until after the second night. This wasn't a problem for us and so we prepared the room accordingly after the second night so that the cleaning staff could work without interruption. In the evening we realized that no one was there. The reception was so full that we couldn't let anyone know. We also assumed that someone would come on the third day at least. The next morning we put up a sign on the door asking for cleaning. In short, no one came again. When we finally went to reception, we were told that this was an external service provider who had carried out the cleaning according to the documents, which of course was not the case! Other guests had also complained about this. Since we had already paid and therefore could not get a refund, we were treated to a drink at the bar and a chocolate bar for breakfast. So our "suite" was not cleaned once in 4 nights, let alone the trash can emptied. The highlight was when checking out, when I was suddenly asked to pay a bill. After I told them that I had already done this in advance, the receptionist said that this was just a blocking of the amount but that I still had to pay the regular amount. What surprised me most was that the amount did not match my booking at all. When I pointed out again that I had already paid, the receptionist said he had confused me with another guest and that I could leave...

The hotel is clean and the air conditioning works well. It's quiet and really nice. The breakfast was delicious!! I used the luggage storage service after checking out. It's good to leave your luggage and go sightseeing at the Sangsu Palace and nearby attractions. It's a 15-minute walk to the central station, so I didn't have to use public transportation.

The location is convenient. There is a supermarket next to it for daily necessities. It is only a quarter of an hour's walk to Potsdam Main Train Station. It is close to museums and cathedrals for sightseeing.

Good location, clean and tidy room, although not large, but very warm configuration, electric kettle, USB charging port, breakfast included, good quality breakfast, elevator card required. Stayed for three nights, on the third day put up the cleaning sign, but still did not come to clean

I had asked the accommodation whether I needed to reserve a parking space. Unfortunately, there was no answer. Once there, I spent many minutes in front of the barrier to the hotel's own parking space, only to be told rudely at reception that there was a red sign on the barrier indicating that the parking space was occupied. After me came another "blind person" who hadn't seen this clear sign... Apart from that, almost everything was OK, but nothing more! The room was modernly furnished, big enough and very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the shower was a good size. The breakfast was pretty good in terms of selection and quality. Unfortunately, the breakfast room was WAY too small. This means that you have to go looking for a table in the morning. If you're lucky, you have to clear it yourself. We were there for 2 days and we never saw any of the staff wipe the tables.... Service doesn't seem to be that important there.

The hotel is brand new and functionally furnished as standard, like all Holiday Inn Express hotels. The rooms are quite small, unfortunately there is no space for suitcases or to unload them (there were three of us in one of the smaller rooms without a kitchenette). The bathroom is big enough and modern, and there is enough storage space. Unfortunately there was no hairdryer, which I only noticed in the morning after showering. When I asked at reception (the telephone connection didn't work), they said they would bring a hairdryer straight away, but unfortunately it wasn't... Breakfast was very good, everything you need was there, but at the main breakfast time (although breakfast times are generously until 11.30) it was very full on the weekend and there weren't enough tables - some had to wait a while until a table became free.

Super de Super hotel, always good, everything fine. Sleep well.

It's good. Parking is expensive, 25 euros/night. The service is good. When there are many people, the waiter from the bar next to it also comes to help guests check in, but he doesn't quite know how to operate it.

Facilities: Except for the quilt being a little small, everything else is good. You also need to adapt to local customs. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Parking is also very convenient. Service: All services are very good, and the front desk is very enthusiastic to receive guests.

Great location. 15 minutes walk from the train station. All attractions can be easily reached on foot from the hotel. Good standard room. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is included in the price. The welcome could have been a bit warmer. Overall, though, highly recommended.
