Brian was a lovely host, very friendly and informative about places to visit. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bit of a walk to town. Great base to explore north coast. Breakfast was nice although maybe a few more options might be nice. Plenty of parking on site.

We had a wonderful time at our stay at the Brae-Mar. The B and B is in a great location with walkable access to the beach and town. It also has a shop right across the street which is extremely convenient. Lots of parking, clean beautiful rooms with plenty of space. The breakfast was amazing and the owners, Brian and Angela, are warm and kind, making you feel at home during your stay. Don’t miss out at staying at this little gem!

B&B is very easy to find. Ample carparking space in front. Warm welcome. Clean room. Large windows. Good night sleep. Good-looking interior (breakfast room / staircase). Simple, functional bedrooms. Accommodating host. Great breakfast by the open fire. Short (~1km) walk to the beach. Good communication by email after booking/before arriving. We stayed 1 night. I'm happy to recommend the place to anybody.

We had a lovely stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. We stayed for four nights and slept like logs in the very comfy bed. Super breakfast every morning. Brian was an excellent host making us very welcome. We will certainly return. Good on site parking.

Stayed here for 3 night with friends brain and Angela went out there way to do anything for us and there rooms are top notch very clean and a very good breakfast would stay here again and if you need any other food etc there is a Lidl across the road also you just a 15 min walk to the town centre

Took the grandchildren for the bank holiday weekend and stayed here for the two nights. Brian was a fantastic host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable and nothing was too much trouble.
