Torre a Mare Porto Venere

Purtroppo la mia esperienza di Porto Venere e all’hotel collegato è stata deludente sotto molti aspetti. Quando sono arrivato all’hotel, ho dovuto aspettare un tempo esagerato per fare il check-in, nonostante ci fosse un orario indicato chiaramente sul sito. La persona responsabile del check-in non era presente, e ho dovuto attendere che qualcuno arrivasse per aprirmi, il che ha reso l’inizio del soggiorno davvero frustrante. La stanza era decisamente scomoda. Per accedervi, bisogna salire molte scale, cosa poco pratica con i bagagli. Una volta arrivati, abbiamo trovato la camera piena di formiche e la doccia era incredibilmente piccola, rendendo l’uso estremamente scomodo. Lo spazio in generale era molto, molto angusto. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante, 3 torri l’esperienza è stata anche peggio. Un insetto è apparso nel mio piatto, ma nonostante questo spiacevole incidente, non mi è stato offerto alcuno sconto o soluzione adeguata. Inoltre, i piatti che avevo ordinato sono arrivati in ritardo, e il servizio nel complesso è stato lento e poco professionale. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare tantissimo, e la qualità dell’attenzione era davvero scarsa. Non consiglierei questo posto a nessuno, né per soggiornare né per cenare. Una grande delusione.

A lovely, small family hotel in a beautiful fishing port on the inlet leading to La Spezia, Italy. The rooms appear recently upgraded and we were provided with all the necessary requirements such as robes, slippers, good quality toileteries and a really comfy bed. The only negative is that, because of its limited size (in a tower) there is no lift to the rooms which are spread over 3 or more floors. Ok for the young and fit but more of a struggle for a pair of seniors! However, this was only a problem o arrival and departure and we wereon the first actual floor of rooms where the reception area is located. There is a small landing between the main door on the ground floor and the first floor (some temporary respite!). The village is very picturesque and friendly and we dined both nights at the restaurant run by the same family as the hotel. Great place for visiting the Cinque Terre villages though the is no bus service there so a bus to La Spezia Station and then a train is required. Thanks for a great stay!

Torre non esiste, una casa normalissima con una terrazza ad uso comune ,camere piccole con bagno interno ,letti piccoli sotto misura ,poi 2 due nomi all'ingresso ,a sinistra uno e a destra un altro, mistero .Sopravalutato e caro .Nell'era moderna tutti si inventano strutture in ogni dove e le fanno passare per Torri ,Castelli inesistenti ,e va be per una notte accettiamo la fantasia ,abbiamo dormito in una casa con 2 due nomi.
