When I attempted to set out and explore the city, the person in charge **confronted me aggressively**, insisting that I leave the room key at the front desk. Her English was limited, and she was **unwilling to communicate** through a translator app. This interaction left me feeling **unsafe** and **distrustful** of leaving my personal belongings in their care. Regrettably, the staff member’s solution was for me to carry my luggage with me throughout the day, which was impractical and dismissive of my concerns. Due to these circumstances, I am compelled to **advocate for the removal** of this property from booking platforms to prevent future guests from enduring a similar ordeal.
