Hotel right in the center and 3 min walking distance from the river. Big room although a bit oldish. Coffee maker and water bottle in the room. Friendly staff

The hotel is in the bustling Ribeira district. Everything was walkable, but expect a lot of stairs! Porto is on multiple levels and you need to climb up a lot of hills and stairs to get where you want.
The hotel staff is accommodating and the rooms are clean, but small (like all of Europe). I only recommend a bit more guest security in the stairwells and elevators. They should add keycard access.
The hotel area is busy and the street is noisy. Be careful if you're a light sleeper.

I enjoyed the location and amenities at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities advertised did not live up to my expectations. Luggage storage consisted of bags stored out in the lobby, which was not very safe. The laundry advertised was actually a costly dry cleaning service. My shower was partially broken. The desk ran out of bath towels and provided me with a hand towel. I was disappointed in the hotel based on the cost.

Everything is good just a few things need to be in mind when booking a room.
No parking at all even on the street. Next door parking lot charge 60 Euro/day.
Hourly parking 1.20,Euro/hr.
I was on 3rd floor, facing to the front street. It's quite noisy.

Right in central waterfront district. My room on Main Street was unbearably noisy but they happily changed my room. Again clean, great showers, nice staff. Hard mattresses.

It was within a few minutes of the riverfront but far enough back to where it was very quiet. Clean comfortable bed and room.

The hotel was just fantastic. Room was,lovely with a fantastic balcony. A lovely welcoming Port wine on arrival and the staff were extremely accomodating. 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend and great room prices.

The hotel was wonderful. One of the cleanist places we have ever stayed at. Staff was very accomodating and helpful. Breakfast was a lovely variety and great coffees. Would have rated 5 stars except the room was a bit small and a little stuffy. AC was weak. Would stay here again.
