Great hospitality, good sleep. Comfortable stay, convenient bar to meet friends.

The staff was excellent! They were very helpful and attentive. In addition, we could not think of a better location for our needs. The hotel was wonderful and well maintained.

good location, very convenient for shipping, restaurant and beautiful view. Our room is face the river so very happy to enjoy the beauty of The river and the bridge. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The wonderful front desk staffs made the travel journey essayer and full of pleasant memories. We definitely will return to Pestana Vintage for next time visit.

If you stay at the Pestana Vintage Hotel, expect to be pampered! We spent 6 nights right in the heart of the Ribeira area and loved every minute. This property offers delicious breakfasts, accommodating staff and an excellent location to explore the entire area. Our room was very spacious, with a soaker tub and loads of hot water to let you ease your muscles for the next day’s hilly walks.we loved it.

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location. Make sure you specify a room overlooking the river else you will be staring at the wall of a nearby building. Staff are brilliant however rooms could benefit from a makeover as furniture and carpets starting to show their age.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They provided excellent dining recommendations and tour advice. The location is central to the Port houses and other attractions. A wonderful breakfast buffet with free port and sparkling wine.

We really liked that the hotel is conveniently close to restaurants and shopping and just a short walk to Vila Nova de Gaia. The staff was very helpful and accommodating! They made lunch and dinner recommendations and even made the reservations for us. We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel and look forward to staying there again on our next visit!

I like the friendliness of the staff. They helped us book where we can dine, too. They even prepared a to go box for us to bring to the airport when they learned that we will not be able to eat breakfast because our flight was at 5 am. We also didn’t have to worry about our airport transportation because they arranged everything for us. We also enjoyed the vibe of the place. We watched the performers along the river. It was fun and vibrant.

Beautiful views and such friendly staff made our stay memorable. Highly recommend them!

I really enjoyed staying here. They not only upgraded my room but they also looked after my suitcase for 12 days while I walked the Camino Português and came back to stay. Very helpful
