We’ve been to this fancy place, a 5 star very expensive hotel is because we’re expecting to relax and enjoy our family on the long weekend, Fasano is a well renowned chain in Brazil, but to be honest the service provided at this property is horrible, we thought to leave the property on the first day, besides the location and the facilities, everything was really bad, actually not just bad, TERRIBLE, since the service provided at the check in, room service, room clean, service at the pool, restaurant, etc… and on top of that the food was not good, they are also famous for a good food, but even the food was not worth. I wrote to the hotel giving a detailed feedback, because I think If I am the owner/manager I would like to know not only the good experience but the bad as well, to try to be better and avoid situations like that, learn with the mistakes in order to make sure it doesn’t happen again, but it seems they do not care, they did not respond even to say sorry, after such a bad experience. Fasano chain for me is now out of my list, I’ll never go again.
