The hotel was very confused, it had no information about the booking or payment we had already made and wanted to charge again. I had taken a printed copy of the booking as well as the confirmation. A strange situation. I will certainly not book any more for Trip.com to not pass through that The situation again.

The hotel is very good, the area is quiet. The rooms are excellent, the reception is good and even there are bikes for guests. Breakfast is also very generous.

I think there is a sink in the room, separate garbage (organic and recyclable), microwave oven and air conditioning are good. The room size is very good and very spacious. The shower was great, the water flow was very strong and very hot (if you want).
