Premier Inn Porthmadog

A great place with friendly staff, comfortable rooms and great breakfast provision. Our Premier Plus room, with views over the bay, was superb. There was a shortage of parking car parking after returning from an evening out - this must be a problem in high season. Overall a great stay - we came to enjoy the ZipWire in Bethesda - and we would use this hotel again for our next stay in North Wales.

The new premier inn looks nice on arrival with plenty of parking. The reception area is small but staff were quickly available. The room, on the ground floor, was ready for our family of 4. It was clean and comfortable as expected. The room was freezing but warmed up quickly once turned on. The breakfast was fine although limited really, and we had to ask for some cooked items that had ran out. Would be better if there was more fresh fruit also. The only negative is the bar area because the lights are so cold and bright is hard to relax. We got a drink and took it to our room as it just felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. There are "EV charging parking bays"... But no actual chargers installed yet.

Rooms are abysmal cleaning non existent Management a joke,wanted to square up to me (not very nice) think he needs replacing The hotel is not very clean and it looks and feels like a workers hotel (no disrespect to workers) but if your on a vacation you expect better

Very surprised by the quality of this hotel. We went to play golf locally and the hotel was really just a bed for the night. It was far more comfortable and well equipped than a lot of hotels I've stayed at for 3 times the price. Well recommended.

This hotel does exactly what it says on the tin. Booked well in advance for a decent price. Booking in and out exceptionaly easy. Friendly staff and quality room. Great location. And of course free parking. We will be staying here again very soon.
