This hotel needs to check in at 15:30. When you check in, there will be a wave of sales promotion, asking you to upgrade the room type, and then saying that it only costs 99 euros now, and then add taxes, and finally it becomes an extra 110 euros. I don't feel comfortable recommending it. And the attitude of the front desk seems to be very good, but it's a bit fake. The room is still OK, it's a side sea view room.
Then there is the elevator. Although there are three, they are not available.
Then the hotel is on a slope, parking space is limited, it is difficult to park, and the parking fee for one night is not cheap.
The room toiletries are ceramic jars, placed on a very small platform, but when you take a shower, you need to squeeze, causing the shower gel jar to fall to the ground.
The breakfast is a la carte, although it tastes good, it's a bit oily. The toast is fried in olive oil, so it's very oily.
The beach at the door was flooded at night on the first night, and the beach was in a terrible state the next day, but it was actually very beautiful when you checked in during the day.

We stayed at this hotel recently for a long weekend, it’s a stunning hotel, right on the beach. The modern rooms are beautiful with comfy beds and choice of pillows. Lovely chilled out oool area with quality sunbeds. All the staff are ultra friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be back

We had such a lovely stay at The Donna Portals as a small family with a 3-year-old and me being 7 months pregnant. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and surprisingly family-friendly. Our Junior Suite with side sea view was perfect—quiet, spacious, and comfortable for naps and early evenings. The staff were attentive, always offering a smile and help when we needed it. We appreciated how relaxed yet sophisticated the vibe was—never felt out of place traveling with a toddler. Highly recommend it if you're looking for somewhere elegant that still feels easy and warm.

The Donna Health and Spa – Paarmassage Aromatherapie 90 Minuten Wir haben eine Paarmassage mit Aromatherapie genossen und waren rundum begeistert. Die Räumlichkeiten sind wunderschön und stilvoll gestaltet – man fühlt sich sofort in einer kleinen Oase. Der Empfang war außergewöhnlich herzlich. Diese Freundlichkeit sorgt dafür, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an wohl und willkommen fühlt. Die Massage selbst war einfach traumhaft. Es wurde individuell auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen, was die Erfahrung besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Besonders schön: Vor und nach der Behandlung werden Erfrischungen gereicht – ein rundum stimmiges Wellness-Erlebnis. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We only stayed for one night but enjoyed thoroughly and wished to have stayed longer. The room is spacious and with a modern design. Breakfast is very good and you can have it sitting on the terrace overlooking the sea. The beach is 1 minute walk. Service was immaculate.

El hotel que es una obra de arte en si. Con un personal muy profesional pero que además de que está muy poco enfocado al público español lo que le quita la estrella es el restaurante ya que aunque el servicio del mismo es exquisito la comida es excesivamente cara para la calidad que tiene además si te pregunta. Que tal va y te quejas o comentas que no te ha gustado algo te miran con mala cara y no aceptan la crítica.

Das schönste Hotel in dem ich/ wir als Paar Urlaub gemacht haben. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter die einem jedem Wunsch von den Lippen lesen, und auch erfüllen. Ob es Sonderwünsche von dem Zimmer, (Stockwerk mit Aussicht auf das Meer) oder beim Essen, bis hin zum hoteleigenen Shuttleservice zum nächsten Laden oder Beachclub. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geschmackvoll Eingerichtet. Das Essen war sehr Lecker. Die Toplage im Westen bei Portals Nous zeichnet auch das Hotel aus. Man kann alles in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Hotel besuchen und auch weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das Team Hotel.
