The hotel is a bit old, but the service staff is quite enthusiastic. They told us not to park at the hotel because it would charge a fee, and asked us to park directly next to the hotel. The room is a bit old, but it is still very comfortable to lie by the pool during the day. The pool seems to be closed at 6 pm. I don't understand why. There are very few Asian faces.

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. If you are not traveling by car, you can only get in and out by bus. The bus station is not too far away, which is acceptable. I was given a room facing the swimming pool. The view is OK, but at night because there are people drinking at the pool bar, The conversation will be louder, the breakfast is very good, there are many choices, overall I am satisfied with the above

This hotel is great for couples and small groups of adult friends. Pool vibe is chilled and reasonably quiet. Some guests think they're auditioning for Love Island but this just adds to the experience! Staff are attentive, helpful and professional. Food and drink just what you need. Breakfast buffet was a standard above most hotels. Location is halfway up/down a hill with the town at the top and marina plus beaches at the bottom. Town is worth a visit with a couple of nice restaurants, but it's not special. The marina has a luxurious, upmarket, expensive and vibrant atmosphere. The location probably attracts some people who have money, some who are looking for money and some who probably don't want anyone to know how they made it.

Amazing hotel with great staff, especially Carmen who made our stay by helping us source some hair straighteners that we forgot to pack. She also recommended some great places to see and visit in Palma and portals nous. The hotel was incredibly clean, the breakfast was fresh and had a variety of choices. The bar food and cocktails were great. The hidden gem was the rooftop bar which had special themed nights and was also great to chill out before or after dinner, again the cocktails were amazing x some people reserved sunbed but there were plenty available. I would definitely return to the hotel as it had a great chilled vibe.

Desde hace cinco años elegimos este hotel para nuestras vacaciones en Mallorca y cada estancia confirma que no podríamos haber hecho mejor elección. Es un 4 estrellas con servicios excelentes: el desayuno es variado y de calidad, cuenta con un completo fitness & spa, y las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas. El personal siempre es atento y está disponible para ayudar en lo que necesites, lo que hace que nos sintamos como en casa. Además, dispone de un rooftop con un ambiente muy agradable para relajarse al final del día. Un enorme gracias a Nico, Carmen y a todo el personal de recepción, limpieza, comedor y cocina y piscina por su entusiasmo y dedicación. Sin duda, un hotel que recomendamos y al que seguiremos regresando

Absolutely beautiful hotel. We needed a 3 night break as a family of 4 with 2 grown up daughters and this place was perfect. The attention to detail, the welcome you receive and how you are looked after throughout your stay is incredible. The breakfast was my favourite part of the day as it was so chilled, in the perfect place and the food was incredible. The smell throughout the hotel is just gorgeous 😍 The view from the junior suites with sea view was stunning. We will definitely return to this hotel and we are so lucky to have found it at such short notice for a little break. Didn't want to leave. Thank you all at Tomir portals for a lovely little break at your stunning hotel. Xx
