The Seaport Inn is well located if you want to see the historic area of Port Union. The historic tour of the old factory area was wonderful. The hotel serves basic needs and the staff is friendly.

We came during the off-season and it was a self-checkin, which I never experienced before but apparently common in Newfoundland. Very limited dining. The place was newly renovated with comfy beds.

The bed was great, comfy and clean. The bathroom is very old and in need of a makeover. The chairs and carpet had lots of stains on them.

There was no one there upon check in, and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk for check out, the restaurant (which was supposed to be opened) was closed so we had to drive into town to find something to eat. Wasn’t very convenient

The hotel was quite nice. It is well kept for an older hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The bed was quite comfortable.

The water had a tint of yellow color even though i tried to run the tap for a bit. The washroom sink was not draining properly and the shower pressure was low.

Clean & simple rooms for a nights stay, lovely staff, TV didn’t work in the room but the facilities and in room bathroom was nice and renovated. Overall a cozy and good stay!

Lovely updated Hotel. Front desk personnel were very helpful in guiding us to Bonavista and surrounding area of things not to miss. Loved the color scheme. Great breakfast.
