On arrival I was allocated a wrong room and I had to go down to the reception for exchange. The telephone in the room was not working but keep on making noise. The TV was not working and I had to use my cell phone to call the reception for assistance. The assistance came an hour later after making another call. He tried unsuccessfully to fix it.

We have stayed here many time because it is a beautiful building in an excellent location. The general staff are outstanding and the food and rooms are amazing. Unfortunately the front desk is just not the same as the rest of the experience. When I wrote in to ask for an early check in I got no reply- on my arrival I asked about this and was told because I got no reply that means it’s fine. I find this odd as I explained that we were arriving after a three part flight over 18 hours. We have stayed here at least 3 other times and my comment for each time would be pretty much the same - I feel the front desk could do better to Mach their rest of the experience.

Great for a short term stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was right outside the staircase and elevator and got very noisy from 5AM with employees moving equipment around. I suggest asking for a room further away so that you can get better sleep. Otherwise, a nice, hassle free stay 😊

The location is very good and the surroundings are safe. There are parking spaces. Restaurant bar, gym, pool, etc. Next to the sea. There are many places to eat nearby, and it is mainly ten minutes from the airport by car.

The hotel is very good, the breakfast is also very good, very intimate, the decoration is very retro and artistic, there is a small wine cellar, very special, is a five star hotel, very safe, only guests can enter the hotel, outsiders can not , There are gates, there are grids around

Super lovely place to stay.🏖️ If you travel together, a great stay house, the host is very friendly, the breakfast is worthy of praise, delicious and delicious. The location is next to Radisson, around the beach house, board walk for 3 minutes, the security is quite good.
