The view is awesome. The room is simple with basic amenities. Good enough. Not all the lift at the North block is working, we need to wait a little longer for the lifts that are working. Reception is attentive and efficiently help us to exchange the aircond control that was not functioning. Thanks

In the afternoon at 3pm we arrived, and there was long queue. And it took me 40mins in the queue. Since there was only 2 staff there working on the checkin, but the way is very old fashioned. After I arrived at my room. There is no shower towels. So then u called the front desk. It took me more than half an hour to get through, no one was picking the phone and in the end I called the spa centre to get my towels.the breakfast is not that good as usual. Besides that, the view is great.

There is no buffet breakfast on today 16th January , only ala carte that need to order. On the day that i check in the receptionist didnt inform no buffet breakfast for the next day. So there is not much variety of food that we can choose for breakfast.

Overall stay was good. House was in great condition except that it was sandy in the hall and in one of the room. Other than that, it was all perfect. Had to request for a floor mat separately and also the WiFi wasn’t working that well. I personally relied on my own data throughout my stay.

+ve 1. Pool in the room. Kids had fun. 2. Good sized room. 3. Good location. Multiple restaurants nearby. 4. Buggy service direct to the room, to lobby or carpark. Staff was nice enough to drive all the way to the entrance for us to pick up our grab delivery. 5. Good level of security. Guards at entrance checked for valid bookings. Food delivery drivers and not guests are not allowed to enter hotel premises. -ve: 1. Thought room was facing the sea and will have a nice window with seaview in the room. But nope,None 2. Bedsheets not clean enough. 3. Tiles near washroom and the pool are quite dated. 4. The foldable door next to the pool was spoilt. Stuck, unable to open fully. 5. At weekends, longer waits for buggy. If you are pressed for time, will have to walk. 6. Breakfast service could be improved. Free seating, it was a mess during the weekends. Eg. Smaller groups seated at bigger tables. Familes switching tables midway etc. Multiple guests are left without seats, having to wait. Better for staff to assign seats. 7. Food selection and quality can be improved.

We booked two (2 bedroom) villas side by side. The cleanliness was better than what we expected. The room service was prompt. Food in the restaurant was good. The only thing that was disappointing was that the water fountain with light show and the boat rides were closed for maintenance.

Excellent front desk service, Hema and her day crew attentive and pleasant. Room are spacious, comfortable, slightly dated but still pleasant. Its a must again hotel.... Breakfast not bad, not great, orange juice is cordial ... coffee is good.... buffet is good but extremely basic, half hearted spread ... very road side tom yam stall like taste ... not a hotel like at all.... Scrambled eggs was the freshest and tastiest.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The swimming pool is big, the beach also just a walk away. You can walk along the beach to reach the foodstalls at Pantai Teluk Kemang.

3-Bedroom Beachfront Apartment Location: The apartment is in a fantastic spot, just steps from the beach, offering breathtaking ocean views. Amenities: The apartment is equipped with essentials like a functional kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and entertainment options at public area. However, a few extra kitchen utensils and microwave/ovens would be great additions. Cleanliness: The apartment was clean upon arrival, with fresh linens and well-maintained spaces. However, a bit more attention to detail in certain areas (like the bathroom corners) would make it even better. Pros: ✔️ Amazing beachfront location ✔️ Spacious and comfortable rooms ✔️ Equipped with essential amenities ✔️ Beautiful balcony views Cons: ❌ Some minor cleanliness details could be improved ❌ Carpark is a bit limited Overall Verdict: This 3-bedroom beachfront apartment is a great choice for a relaxing vacation. While there are minor areas for improvement, the location and comfort make it a worthwhile stay. Would definitely recommend it for a beach getaway!
